It was decent
Pros:

Breakfast on 30th August was really good, room was quiet, staff were friendly

Cons:

Breakfast on 31 august could have been better, my toilet floor was very dusty. A vanity kit would have been good

Needs renovations for the rate to value
Pros:

The location is central and close to where my meetings were. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with many options to choose from.

Cons:

I felt a bit over-priced because of the state of the rooms, it looks like it needs a good renovation work to justify the rate. Some rooms have no safe-boxes including mine, though they told me some have if needed they could shift me. Room has some worn out paint even cracks, furniture paint is chipping away, simple need proper rehabilitation.

Perfect hotel, excellent staff, and superb location

Cons:

Definitely showing signs of age and wear in the rooms, sparse sundries and the room is clean but the cleaning supplies leave a smell that isn't pleasant.
