Excellent location, very clean and tidy and the beds were really soft.
Pros:

The Location was brilliant for the Concert we were attending at the Old Fire Station. Literally just a short walk away.

Cons:

The TV wasn’t brilliant, we could only get two channels, and the remote was difficult to operate, as obviously it’s had a lot of use. We didn’t have enough toilet paper so we had to ration ourselves!
Also, the toilet roll was really wobbly so we had to be careful how we pulled the paper off in case it came off the wall!

Only the location is good; it is close to the sea and the city center.

Cons:

The room size was acceptable, but the bed was terrible; the furniture was very old and practically dilapidated. We also noticed rats on the ground floor and near the hotel's small swimming pool

Perfect for an overnight, cheap break!
Pros:

The location was spot on, free parking and cheap!! Bed was comfortable, and great curtains did a great job of keeping the light out in the morning. Very basic hotel but very good stay!

Cons:

The shower was very old with little pressure. The mechanism to turn it on and change temperature literally fell apart in to my hand so I had to put it back together to use it. This meant the temperature couldn't be changed. However, for the price, it's still worth staying.

We survived.
Pros:

Location and swimming pool.

Cons:

It looks like an abandoned, dirty. There was spiders nets everywhere, dust and one carpet leading everyone in the room loose our sleep sniffing and coughing, in the table drawer was full of baby stuff that seems to be there for a long time. We were 4 in the same room and only had one toilet paper, and after some time the reception is closed and we were in our own.

My stay was very disappointing: the room was small, hot and noisy, and the service was poor overall.
Pros:

The property enjoys an excellent location: it is close to the beach and situated in the town centre, with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The room was extremely compact and had no air conditioning, resulting in it being overly warm overnight. Additionally, the windows were not double glazed, and as the property is located on a main road, there was considerable traffic noise coming through.

Pros:

The only half decent thing about the hotel was the outdoor pool

Cons:

Didn't like the older man's whole attitude very rude, the hotel was dirty, even our bathroom, towels were dirty, kettle looked like it had years of limescale In it and there was no staff around to ask for it to be swapped not that I think they would have anyway

I am writing to share my feedback after my second stay at the Burley Court Hotel. Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend it. The hotel offers complimentary parking, which is a significant convenience. The pool is well-maintained and in excellent condition for swimming. Ahmed, who has been on staff, provided exceptional service—he is both courteous and highly professional. His assistance was invaluable throughout my stay.
