Pros:

Excellent stay in this wonderful hotel. We especially appreciated the kindness of the staff and the shuttle service to the ancient town.

Special thanks to Tuan, the best Bar Manager in Vietnam.

Cons:

One comment to improve: make the fitness room closed. The outside conditions are too hot to actually sport.

Pros:

Nice hotel in very nice location. Beautiful green garden. There are bikes for free and you can also rent scooter from the hotel. It is just 10 minutes by bike or scooter to Tam Coc village. Clean and spacious rooms. Definitely would be back there if I had a chance.

Better stay somewhere else…
Cons:

Unfortunately, my room had a weird smell from the beginning. After a while, I realized it was coming from the air condition. The air in my room was also moist and moldy. After two nights, I felt very sick, my eyes hurt, I was dizzy. I checked out a day early and informed the staff of mold and the threat for my (and everyones) health. All of a sudden, the receptionist who had spoken pretty good English before, did not understand the langauge anymore. In my opinion, the staff know very well about the mold, let people check-in and only offer better rooms when they ask. Really don‘t recommend staying there to anyone!!! Also, breakfast was not good and there is super annoying and loud music everywhere, at the pool, in der Restaurant…

Our stay at the Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa was okay overall. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the services available on site were nice.

Cons:

However, our nights were a bit rough, as the room was not soundproofed at all. Even with the windows completely closed, we were woken up multiple times each night by a rooster (the hotel is surrounded by farms) that sounded as if it were right in the room with us. We were also located directly in front of the pool, and although it was supposedly not accessible before 8 or even 9 AM, this rule was not enforced. Once the chickens finally quieted down after sunrise, we were then woken up around 7 AM by kids playing in the pool area.

Très bien pour un séjour reposant à Hoi an

Grand complexe mais très intimiste
Appartement deux chambres super et spacieux
Restaurant et petit déjeuné très bien
Prêt de vélo pour visiter les rizière ou aller dans la vieille ville

Delightful escape
Pros:

The staff was incredible. They were so helpful and responsive to all of my needs during my stay. Tina was especially useful and helping me understand how I get spend my time in Hoi An. The spa and pool facilities were also lovely.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. However, I did not it to reception and house keeping immediately came to add an extra mattress topper. They were quick to find a resolution and do everything to make my stay more comfortable.
