Hôtel à l’écart de 15 minutes de la vieille ville
Pros:

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était confortable, la literie correcte et le petit-déjeuner offrait un bon choix de produits.

La navette gratuite proposée par l’hôtel est un vrai plus. En revanche, les horaires sont assez limités et il est nécessaire de réserver au moins une heure à l’avance, ce qui la rend parfois moins pratique.

Cons:

Avec le recul, nous aurions toutefois préféré séjourner dans un hôtel plus proche de la vieille ville. Il fallait compter environ 15 à 20 minutes en Grab pour s’y rendre. Les trajets restent abordables, mais cela représente des déplacements quotidiens.

Nous avons rencontré quelques petits désagréments : le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, mais il a été remplacé rapidement. En revanche, la climatisation manquait un peu d’efficacité.

Le seul véritable point négatif concerne le check-out. Le personnel a semblé très pressé de vérifier la chambre dès notre départ. On nous a d’abord demandé si nous avions emporté une bouteille, puis une tasse, alors que ce n’était absolument pas le cas. Nous nous sommes sentis à la fois oppressés et injustement soupçonnés. C’est une situation que nous n’avions rencontrée dans aucun des autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné au Vietnam, notamment à Hanoï et à Ninh Binh. Cette expérience a malheureusement terni la fin de notre séjour.

Relaxing haven
Pros:

Peaceful mini resort away from the hecticness of the old town and beach but a nice bike ride or easy Grab to get to those places.

Poderia ser melhor
Pros:

A piscina era bonita e boa

Cons:

A cama extremamente antiga, o colchão tinha um desnível, aquele que se tem quando já está muito usado, parecia que estava a dormir numa montanha e acordei com dores nas costas todos os dias.
Pequeno almoço com pouca fruta.

We would return tomorrow!
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely. I am a gluten free vegan but they had lots of options for me! The pool was great. My husband is 6"2 and usually hotel pools are shallow for him but he enjoyed it. The bike hire was our favourite, we loved travelling around the neighbourhood on bike.

Cons:

They didn't have much allergen information at breakfast. I managed to ask, and stick to what I knew, but it would be helpful if they had clearer labels.

Pros:

We arrived a bit late, but the moment we stepped into the room, all our fatigue vanished. The space felt perfectly cozy, making it incredibly comfortable. I loved the natural atmosphere, it was the ideal spot for a deep, restful sleep. Even after leaving, I still find myself thinking about that vibe.
