Nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình

Chỗ nghĩ này nên đổi tên thành nhà nghĩ hơn là khách sạn để đánh lừa khách.Bạn sẽ có cảm giác như bị lừa, dù số tiền không nhiều , có thể gọi như là không đáng đồng tiền bát gạo. Bước vào phòng đập vào mắt là cây quạt miễn phí hổ trợ cho cái máy lạnh không lạnh, thứ hai ánh sáng đèn vàng vọt đủ để nhìn thấy màu ga giường giống cháo lòng, khăn tắm cũng vậy. Điều tệ hại nhất là gương bàn trang điểm soi thẳng vào giường ngủ, điều tối kỵ nhất trong phong thuỷ, vc đã cãi nhau suốt từ lúc bước vào cái phòng này.Mỗi 1 điều giữ chân tôi là các bạn nhân viên lễ tân xinh đẹp và nhiệt tình! That s it!

Worst experience / Worst hotel - PLs AVOID
Pros:

They cancelled my booking 1 day before check in - they mentioned that the room
AC broke down- i said & pleaded to them to give me another room or maybe use fan, as i like the area, my tour is nearby & the price I booked is cheap RM250 for 3 nights. But they did not show any mercy, did not even bother to help get another room or hotel nearby - they just went ahead and cancelled my room !!! As a result I was forced to book another hotel - due to 1 day before check in date - i have to pay RM600 or RM200 for 1 night. I think the hotel purposely cancel the room because they don’t want to sell me the room at cheap price - this is totally unprofessional & Booking.com should not allow such hotel to be listed - who is going to pay me the extra costs (+ RM350) that I have to pay due to this hotel last minute cancelation of my hotel ???

Cons:

All bad - unwilling to help me get another room -

Liên hệ ksan đặt 2 đêm, đã chuyển cọc; 2h sáng 3 mẹ con đến không có phòng, lèn èn nửa tiếng, dắt sang 1 tiệm massage kêu ngủ đỡ trên giường massage. Ác ôn thất đức, 2h sáng không book được ksan khác vì ĐN cao điểm cháy phòng. Vô cùng thất đức
