Rõ ràng trên booking tôi đã booked phòng tiêu chuẩn giường đôi. Tôi cũng có gọi điện trực tiếp đến ks để xác nhận trực tiếp đặt phòng. Nhưng khi tôi đến nơi nhân viên lễ tân năm nói là phòng tôi đặt là giường đơn không có cửa sổ. Nếu tôi muốn lấy phòng tiêu chuẩn giường đôi thì tôi phải trả thêm tiền 300 ngàn nữa. Tôi không đồng ý và khi tôi lấy điện thoại ra để đặt phòng nơi khác thì nhân viên lễ tân nói sẽ cho tôi vào phòng có giường đôi những cửa lại mở ra hai cục nóng của máy điều hòa.
Đây rõ ràng là sự thiếu trung thực vòi thêm tiền của nhân viên lễ tân khi thấy tôi đi với ông Tây chồng của tôi. Sự thiếu trung thực này làm ảnh hưởng đến uy tín khách sạn nói riêng và ngành du lịch VN nói chung..

Chỗ nghĩ này nên đổi tên thành nhà nghĩ hơn là khách sạn để đánh lừa khách.Bạn sẽ có cảm giác như bị lừa, dù số tiền không nhiều , có thể gọi như là không đáng đồng tiền bát gạo. Bước vào phòng đập vào mắt là cây quạt miễn phí hổ trợ cho cái máy lạnh không lạnh, thứ hai ánh sáng đèn vàng vọt đủ để nhìn thấy màu ga giường giống cháo lòng, khăn tắm cũng vậy. Điều tệ hại nhất là gương bàn trang điểm soi thẳng vào giường ngủ, điều tối kỵ nhất trong phong thuỷ, vc đã cãi nhau suốt từ lúc bước vào cái phòng này.Mỗi 1 điều giữ chân tôi là các bạn nhân viên lễ tân xinh đẹp và nhiệt tình!
