Pros:

Excellent location. There are so many things around to explore by foot. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend!

Cons:

The bathroom door has a huge gap and you can see the inside very clearly.. not suitable for family or friends

Vi likte alt. Verdt pengene. Kjempe rent og personal var kjempe hyggelig. Beste 3 stjerne hotell ifht de andre 3 stjerne vi har vært på. Super rent, og det beste var, ra bad løsning, noe som ikke er vanlig i Vietnam.

Cons:

Badet var litt liten, men var super rent.

A fantastic stay from start to finish.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the location was perfect within easy walking distance of the Opera House, the Central Post Office, and the lively beer street. The staff were friendly, and the excellent coffee they served made each morning even better.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Excellent facilities and staff
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, in a great location, and so comfortable! The staff were wonderful and I had no trouble as someone who does not speak Vietnamese. Max was especially helpful, and gave me many tips for local places such as laundry service and convenience stores. The room was very well maintained and had conditioner, shampoo, soap, and many other amenities.

Cons:

Not a dislike but just to note there is no locked luggage facility, however the staff will watch for you and they have a security camera and someone at the front every 24h

地理位置佳、二樓有可以付費按摩洗頭的地方、接待工作人員服務友善

Cons:

在訂單中未能清楚的知道住宿的樓層，抵達現場才發現需要再走一小段樓梯，但很幸運的是員工可以協助搬運行李上樓

Pros:

スタッフ皆さんが本当に親切で、居心地のいいホテルでした。立地もよく、美味しいお店もたくさんそばにありました。
毎日のコーヒーサービスも本格的で、とっても癒されました。

Cons:

全てのタイプの部屋に滞在することになりましたが、ちょっとWiFiが届きにくい時がありました。
