Pros:

Excellent hotel very good rooms with very comfortable beds. Food had a great choice and very well presented with great taste.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Went for a light lunch and most disappointed. The beef and onion toasties was not at all as expected... Great big lumps of diced or chopped tough meat and not well presented. The chicken panini was equally "messy" to look at... chicken and mayonnaise just thrown on to the panini. On the plus side, the staff, waiting staff that is, we're pleasant and took my complaint to the cook. His reply was that that is always how he makes a roast beef toasties... No apology. Most certainly won't be returning.

Cons:

My only downside was and it's really not the Hotel fault was that I'm disabled and I struggled with the stairs I felt that once I was up them I preferred not too come back down

Cons:

Stairs were steep and difficult to see stairs due to pattern on carpet
Bathroom could have a shelf
Shower tiles need regrouting

Highly recommended hotel, close to town and great for quick access to the ferries.
Pros:

Great location for quick access to the ferry in the morning. Excellent staff, friendly and super helpful, and very good food in the restaurant. Parking was easy for two motorcycles and out of sight from the road. Very comfortable room with good WiFi.

Cons:

Unable to fault it.

Lovely one night stay
Pros:

As a lone female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
I didn't have a table booked in the restaurant but they managed to squeeze me in and I am so glad they did as the food was exceptional. I will be returning next year.

Cons:

A larger mug would be lovely but there's nothing else to complain about.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

There are bed and breakfasts in Stranraer Cairnryan that are more comfortable for the same price. I was disappointed by the standard of this hotel. The staff were helpful though.
