Sehr laut und hellhörig. Morgens wurden Flaschen im Hof sortiert und haben geklirrt. Wurden durchs Housekeeping penetrant geweckt.

I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the character of the colourful neighbourhood.
Pros:

The room is well placed with transport in walking distance and the room was clean and fresh! Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The courtyard next to the window can be noisy. There is no cupboard and ideal for light travellers.

It was nice to get clean towels after a certain point.

Cons:

We had booked the hotel St. Pauli Lodge and we were placed in a hotel room with number 14 which was literally a shed, many things were broken or damaged and there was a gap under the door which let air through, the floor boards were puffed up, it felt damp and it smelled moldy, because my friend who is staying with me in the hotel has a mold allergy, we immediately contacted the owner if something could be done about this.

After contacting the owner through booking.com we were placed in a different room the next day, number 13 which is a step up but still smells musty, there is mold here as well even if in smaller quantities which isn’t a surprise because the room is constantly damp, no matter if we keep the window open or closed, keep the ventilation on or off the room is constantly humid, our clothing feels damp and smells musty, the bed sheets and everything else we brought to or purchased in Hamburg is damp and smelly. We have bought some books and other paper goods which turned wavey after just a few hours because of the moisture.

Among these facts the general cleanliness of the room is below acceptable levels especially at the price. The walls and corners are covered in cobwebs. Places like under tables and especially under the bed look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks and the window frames hold moisture and mold.

We feel like this place is a health risk as without occasional use of allergy medication the stay would be even more uncomfortable. We are seeing some property damage because of the hotel’s humidity such as books, papers and paper goods. We are also afraid of possible hidden damages to our larger electronic devices like laptops.

Su ubicación sobre todo! Limpio y buena conunicación con personal. Para estancias cortas ideal.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, para estancias cortas como nuestra no pasa nada pero ya mas días sería incomodo. Otra cosa es que se escucha todo de las hab al lado.

ungemütlich aber okay für ein paar tage

Lage ist gut und einfach erreichbar

Cons:

badezimmer riecht stark nach bleiche. die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und ziemlich feucht/kalt. Die lampe die im Zimmer angebracht ist macht kaum licht und eine der tischlampen war kaputt. die Badezimmertür hat geklemmt, sodass man sie nie ganz zu bekommen hat.

Недалеко от центра и от метро. Достаточно на переночевать одну ночь. Было чисто. Кофемашина порадовала. Была получена понятная инструкция,как попасть в номер.

Cons:

Номер меньше чем каюта на корабле. Нет шкафа. Нет персонала в доступе. Дэ факто- это комната на сдачу, не отель.

Kleiner privater Bereich im Zentrum Hamburgs

Man hatte einen eigenen privaten Raum inkl. Bad für einen akzeptablen Preis. Das Bett war bequem. Der kontaktlose flexible Check-In.

Sehr hellhörig: Sobald Nachbarn da waren, die sich miteinander unterhalten haben, hatte man das Gefühl, sie stehen im selben Raum.
Weder Haken für die Handtücher im Bad, noch irgendeine Art Schrank oder Ablage für die eigenen Sachen im Zimmer.
Die Parksituation in der näheren Umgebung war unbefriedigend. Man durfte nur max. 3 Stunden stehen für 10,50€, nur zwischen 2-9 Uhr war es kostenlos. Für ein Hostel könnten ein paar Anwohnerparktickets nicht schaden.
