Gente calida, ubicación conveniente y camas limpias y cómodas
Pros:

En general la ubicación es muy buena y no es tan ruidoso como creía. Lo más lindo es la gente. En la recepción Fathe siempre fue muy amable y amistoso, y el señor del desayuno es un amor! Siempre súper atento, trayendo muchísima comida al punto de que ese desayuno sirve de almuerzo también.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tenían olor a cigarrillo ya que allá es común que todos fumen adentro. No lo sabía pero dudo que hubiese una habitación no fumadora. También tuve algunos problemas de manutención pero nada terrible (la mesada estaba en mal estado x daños por agua y el primer cuarto tenía roto el botón del inodoro) o falta de insumos como crema de enjuague para el cabello, sólo había shampoo. Fuera de eso todo bien.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel en plein centre d’Erzincan. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, tout est accessible facilement à pied. Un grand merci surtout au personnel, qui est extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Erzincan şehir merkezinde bulunan bu otelde çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Konumu gerçekten çok iyi, her yere kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Özellikle personel son derece güler yüzlü, samimi ve her zaman yardımcıydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

Pros:

Das Hotel war nicht sauber. Die Bettwäsche wies Blutflecken sowie dunkle Flecken auf. Uns wurden insgesamt drei verschiedene Zimmer gezeigt, jedoch hatten alle diese Zimmer dieselben Flecken. Dies deutet auf einen möglichen Bettwanzenbefall hin und ist hygienisch nicht akzeptabel.

Personnel accueillant, à l’écoute et serviable.
Belle chambre fonctionnelle et propre avec bouilloire, thé et café à disposition. Frigo bien pratique ! Climatisation.

Insgesamt ein freundliches und angenehmes Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war überaus zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit - weit über das normale Maß hinaus 👌.

Arkadaşımı ziyaret etmek için geldim bu süre zarfında; özellikle merkezi konumu olsun, çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü ki resepsiyon da görev yapan Sevgi hanım çok içten ve yardımseverdi; diğer bir yandan oda çok temizdi ve yatak da rahattı, sabah kahvaltısı yeterliydi hepsi birleşince güzel bir deneyim yaşadım, teşekkür ederim.
