Pros:

Convenient location with parking near Avignon city center

Cons:

Cleanliness should be improved, you could hear every movement in the corridor and doors slamming frequently during the night. Definitely bring earplugs.

Pros:

Parcheggio ottimo interno. Abbastanza vicino alle mura del centro (15 min a piedi). Istruzioni check in facili. Personale per il check out gentile

Cons:

Camere vecchie. Frigo rumorosissimo. Odore terribile nel palazzo (sembrava odore di fognature).

Le voisin extrêmement bruyant j'ai dû intervenir à 2h50 du matin pour lui demander de cesser de faire du bruit : conversation au tel d'un niveau sonore délirant, porte de la chambre claquée, chaise traînée dans l'appartement. L'incivilité conjuguée avec le manque d'éducation et de minimum de respect

Aléjate , a menos que tu economía te obligue .
Pros:

En primer lugar su personal . Atentos y amables y dispuestos a solucionar lo que fuera necesario . El parking dentro del predio y la seguridad dentro de las instalaciones.

Cons:

Instalaciones básicas y regular higiene.
Hay un bloqueo de la tarjeta por 50 EUR que lo considero innecesario y abusivo. No hay recepción de 12:00 a 15:00; un bochorno. El jabón que te dejan es mínimo e insuficiente. Tendrás que llevarte el tuyo. Está lejos del centro histórico, a pesar de que ellos se presentan como muy próximos . El barrio no se siente seguro para caminar de noche . Pero lo peor de todo: habitación súper calurosa que no posee aire acondicionado .. Un ventilador infame que parecía más una ironía que una manera de mitigar el calor insoportable, lograba solo aumentar el malhumor . Con la queja y la solicitud, el personal de recepción , muy amable, nos dio un ventilador un poco mejor ….
Las fotos publicadas son bastante engañosas.

No lo recomendaria, excepto por precio que alguien lo necesite. Hay mejores sitios y mejor ubicados.
