Prima hotel om te slapen maar prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding

Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Goed bed en hele ruime kamer

Cons:

Slecht schoongemaakt, geen glazen op de kamer. Koffie niet bijgevuld, geen flesje water. De kamer is echt hufter prof ingericht en dat staat in geen enkele verhouding tot de prijs die je voor de kamer betaald.

Mooie, nette kamers. Goed dat onze bedden netjes uit elkaar waren gezet.

Cons:

De kamer leek een soort 'uitgekleed'. De sprei lag opgefrommeld in de kast, er waren geen glazen of een flesopener bij de minibar, geen tissues, geen pen en papier.
De puntjes op de i ontbraken, vonden wij.

Veel poen, weinig te doen.

Mooie kamer en hotel

Cons:

De stoomcabine in de kamer viel tegen, weinig stoom ook na 30 minuten wachten zoals aangegeven.
De receptie gaf bij inchecken aan dat de spa tot 23.00 open was maar om 22.45 werden we door een medewerker uit de spa gezet onder het noemer ‘wat gaat hier fout?’ Na uitleg geen ‘oh wat vervelend dat wij verkeerd gecommuniceerd hebben’ maar er werd verwezen naar een bordje op de muur waar de openingstijden in het klein op stond.

Tolle Zimmer und tolles Team. Ausreichend Ladestationen für E-Fahrzeuge.

Cons:

Lage nicht ganz optimal, da an der Autobahn. Wenn man ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommt, aber völlig okay.

Goed verblijf
Pros:

De receptioniste was erg attent bij het inchecken. Personeel van het restaurant was ook erg aardig bij het diner en het ontbijt.

Cons:

Enige minpunten waren:
- we waren iets over 3 uur ingecheckt en de gang op de 6e verdieping was erg rommelig met vieze linnen karren en dienbladen van de vorige avond
- iemand van housekeeping liep onze kamer in
- zwembad erg koud vooral voor kinderen

Verder helemaal prima uitgebreid ontbijt en eten goed kamer is ruim prima bedden
