It’s an exceptionally quaint hotel with very friendly staff

Cons:

Smack on the Main Street and round about- and since there’s no air conditioning opening windows is a must when warm and there lots of traffic noise. Also the bathroom is tiny.

Goed hotel en prima locatie voor een paar dagen Thun en omgeving
Pros:

Goed ontbijt, bijzonder vriendelijk personeel en goede locatie ten opzichte van het centrum en nabijgelegen parkeergarage. Daarnaast zat er een Tex Mex restaurant in het hotel voor het geval je eens zin hebt in wat anders dan de Zwitserse keuken.

Cons:

Geen airco (wat ook wordt aangegeven bij het boeken). Desondanks mag je voor deze prijs wel een airco verwachten.

Camera angusta e senza aria condizionata. Al mattino ero più stanco della sera prima...
Pros:

Posizione buona, avevo un evento di lavoro a 3 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Motivo della mia scelta.

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera era angusta, molto rumorosa (traffico esterno) e soprattutto caldissima senza aria condizionata. A disposizone c'è un piccolo ventilatore a colonna che oltre a non fare un lavoro sufficiente, risulta rumorosissimo e impossibile da tenere acceso durante la notte. Colazione costosa e con scelta estrememente limitata, anche se il cibo non era male.
Al risveglio, quando ho fatto notare che la camera era estremamente calda, la signora alla reception mi ha risposto che è effettivamente un problema ma che, d'altro canto, io venivo dall'Italia, dove fa molto più caldo... Ho ritenuto di non dover continuare la conversazione.

Zimmer zweckmässig und Platz clever ausgenutzt

Cons:

Leider hat die Übermittlung der elektronischen Gästekarte nicht geklappt. War aber bei nur 1 Übernachtung nicht so tragisch.

Pros:

Super nettes Personal, super herzig und heimelig eingerichtet. Ein Altbau mit viel Tradition, mega schön renoviert. Zwar kein Lift, dafür ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Snacks im 1. Stock. Das Restaurant mega cool eingerichtet. Zentral gelegen gleich beim Schloss und der schönen Altstadt. 20% Rabatt beim Parking. Gerne wieder.

Kein Lift, hornende Postautos, etwas umständliche Abläufe beim Zmorgenbuffet

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce petit hôtel à l’architecture typique (de l’Oberland bernois je suppose). Les chambres sont parfaites, certaines dotées d’un joli balcon (il y a des balcons pour les chambres qui n’en n’ont pas). Service cordial, petit-déjeuner délicieux, à 2 pas (en pente) du château. Un endroit magnifique.
