All good, would book it again if we are in Bangkok.
Pros:

Nice big soft bed, excellent shower head , working excellent Air conditioner, no street noise as the building is not directly on the busy street front but about 50 meters back. Nice secure undercover parking for our car. All essential breakfast buffet, even little prepared pancakes, prepared fresh fruit, but although not sure how they want the customer to work the 2 coffee machines ! So, no coffee for me but orange juice instead !

Cons:

Either prepared coffee or an explanation how the 2 machines work to make a coffee, preferably in Thai and English. Had to repair the toilet paper holder, it would have been only a job with a Plyer to tighten the nut, so I did it by hand, which was sufficient but should be done properly.
The shower glasdoor was scraping on the bottom and was not be able to shut, which did not matter to spill water out to the floor outside, but it should be repaired ! Matenance is important too !
