Wish I had booked for longer
Pros:

Beautiful facilities, clean and spacious apartment.

For the cost it was very poor value
Pros:

The pool was ok

Cons:

Poor aircon. Room smells of bleach. Only sheets on bed, extra blankets smelled unpleasant. A tenant serviced their car outside bedroom window and oil was smelled all night so could not open windows. Screen door didn’t lock so could no air out the room whilst away.

Pros:

This appartment meet our expectations. It was in a queit loaction, but shopping centres and also main roads were not far away. All the facilities were as described.

Cons:

As this is a gated community, it was disconcerting that the reception was not located at the entracnce to the complex and when we found it, it was closed as it was a late arrival after 5pm. we made it clear on the booking.com website. It is a pitty that arrival instructions were not given us upon making the booking. A notice on the doodr told us to phone a telephone number and the we were given a code for the key box. In the key bax we found an envelope with our keys and instructions which of the 3 gates to use and location of the appartment. We visited the reception next day and from there on everyting was very good.

Cons:

1. Only 3 of 4 airconditioners could be used simultaneously
2. Cockroaches frequently seen,
3. Cobwebs on ceiling corners
4. Isolated stains on skirting boards in ensuite bathroom and bedroom.

Facilities were good but lack of free wifi and access to food shops a disadvantage
Pros:

There wasn't any shops within a reasonable walk and driving is difficult as freeway and train line divides accessibility

Cons:

Location remote from any shops. Address was confusing and entry was difficult to find. No clearly marked parking near reception when attending reception. Having to pay for WIFI in this day and age seems unreasonable - $15 per day so $30 for overnight stay.

Good, minus the dirty smelly blankets
Pros:

Spacious

Cons:

It was really a cold night, beds made with only a thin bed sheet to cover oneself in such low temperatures. The blankets in the closet were smelly and uncomfortable.

Could be great, with a little attention
Pros:

Resort style property, with permanent residents and others offering accommodation here.
Our room had a great view over the pool and yard.
Large size rooms.
Had a nice lizard on the ceiling in our bedroom.

Cons:

This place is located far from everything in Cairns and around.
We had to fight for the remote controllers for the AC units, they stated we cannot use the units in all rooms at the same time because they will break.
Didn't have towels, they blamed this on the cleaning service who was late for two days.
There is no elevator, so we had to climb our luggage on the stairs to the third floor.

Great spacious apartments equipped with all you need & ammenties.
Pros:

Great space for our family of 4.
Pool amazing

Cons:

We did get a complaint from the person on the floor below to stop walking around our apartment one night as they could hear our footsteps …bit hard for a family of 4 with 3 of them males over 6 foot tall to tread lightly!

I really enjoyed the place, very relaxing atmosphere and great apartment

That it’s hidden away in a very nice location; the apartment was lovely; parking space was good

Cons:

Maybe that it doesn’t have lifts to the above ground apartments but that’s a note for if you are elderly or disabled
