Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to make my Mum’s birthday special by preparing a beautiful birthday cake and decorating her bed. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her very happy.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:

We arrived quite late and found only a security guard at reception. We were initially shown to a different room from the one we had booked, and the room had not been properly cleaned and was dusty. This was disappointing, especially after a long journey. Fortunately, the matter was resolved after we insisted on speaking to the manager, and we were eventually given the room we had booked.
It would be helpful to have a staff member available at reception for late arrivals and to ensure that all rooms are properly cleaned before guests check in

Nungwi hotel is exceptional
Pros:

Checki -in was smooth. The staff are excellent. I absolutely loved this place. The staff are very helpful friendly and made our stay enjoyable. I have been to lots of holidays in Europe but never given 9 stars. Nungwi Boutique is a good place to go. I will highly recommend.
Theres a guy called Abelli please ask for him. He is extremely helpful.

I do not recommend it. Small room, worn-out, and a poor breakfast.
Pros:

Centrally located in Nungwi. A short distance to the beach and several places to eat. Not worth the price!

Cons:

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos and was very worn. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain in the morning. The beds took up most of the floor space, and there was no seating for everyone other than the beds. There were no mosquito nets on the beds upon arrival; the staff installed them after this was pointed out.
The breakfast was very basic, with a limited selection.
We had booked the room for six nights but chose to cut our stay short after just two nights, despite the financial loss.
It was stressful walking the streets or spending time on the beach because so many people approached to sell goods or services.

Чисто, уборка ежедневно, территория совсем небольшая, но красивая, хорошее расположение - до пляжа 2 минуты пешком.

Cons:

Завтраки скудные, но омлет/яичницу и блинчики всегда можно было приготовить под заказ.

Pros:

Hotel estupendo! Cerca de todo pero un oasis de tranquilidad en el alboroto de Nungwi. Todo limpio y super cuidado, una piscina super agradable siempre perfecta. Las habitaciones son grandes, nuevas, el AC funciona (no siempre en zanzibar).

Cons:

El desayuno justea un poco. Antes de llegar pregunte si habia alguna opcion para mi hija que es celiaca (explicando bien todo el tema gluten) y me dijeron que ningun problema, y luego solo pudo desayunar tortilla todos los dias.

The place is so stunning, the gardens are beautiful and it’s so clean. The sun beds and pool were lovely, there was hardly anyone there when we stayed so we basically had the pool to ourselves which was amazing. It was literally a 2 minute walk to stunning Nungwi beach, there’s small supermarkets about 5 minutes walk away. It’s a gated property so you always feel safe and secure.

Cons:

The breakfast selection wasn’t the best, they do have a pancake/omelette station which was great but there wasn’t much choice. Not necessarily something I didn’t like, but it is a dry hotel so there is no alcohol on the property.

It is ideally located, loved the swimming pool very tidy

Cons:

The WiFi, internet and network connection was really bad, it was only good at reception and the cafe. There was no variety for the breakfast menu. And the set up was always late, which was an inconvenience especially if you have early excursions. They took our pool towels and didn’t return them.

Улучшить завтраки. Разобраться с водой и сантехникой
Pros:

Большой номер. Терасса с видом на океан (кусочек), т.к 3-ий этаж выше пальм, но впереди есть еще отели. Они мешают прямому виду. Сотрудники приветливые.

Cons:

Качался унитаз, нам его пробовали закрепить, но так и не смогли. Плохой напор воды, насос работает очень нестабильно, приходилось постоянно регулировать температуры воды на смесителе, т.к шла то очень горячая, то прохладная. На фотографии с сайта каменная ванна, по факту корыто из бетона(((( Два дня просили пополнить шампунь. Нет обработки от комаров, хотя на острове в этом году есть малярия. (жили еще в 2-х отелях, там номер обрабатывали каждый вечер) Завтраки очень скудные и почему-то сотрудники не пополняли продуктовые чаши на шведском столе. Фрукты и сок так же не обновляли.
