Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Zimmer schöne Wellnesanlage

Cons:

Man wartet relativ lange auf das Abendessen. So kann man das Wellnesangebot Abends schlechter nutzen.

Pros:

The hotel was incredibly comfortable and practical: large free parking space, secure bike storage, large room with all the essentials, spacious bathroom, restaurants on site and friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with view towards the fields and mountains, which was amazing. The spa and wellness area was nice with large relaxation rooms. The breakfast was really good. Danke für den niedlichen Gugelhopf!

Cons:

Nothing, really. I do not agree with some of the negative remarks from other reviewers. They are either not true, or not really worth mentioning.

Perfekt zum Erholen
Pros:

Super Lage. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Man ist mitten im grünen und schaut auf die Alpen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für wunderschöne Wanderungen.

Cons:

Der Holzboden der Terasse. Läuft man Barfuß drüber hat man direkt nen Splitter im Fuß.

Cons:

Das Restaurant wie ein Speisesaal. Essen kommt kalt und fast 1 Stunden gewartet bis das Essen kommt .

Ein tolles Hotel mit echtem "Weitblick"
Pros:

Die Zimmer haben alle einen tollen Blick auf das Alpenpanorama, sind schön eingerichtet und und gemütlich. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet und der Blick vom Bad auf das Alpenpanorama einfach spitze. Service und Personal waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Pool war ziemlich warm - in der eh warmen Jahreszeit also kein Abkühlung - eher eine weitere Aufwärmung....
Im Winter ist dies angenehm - im Sommer nicht so passend - 5 Grad weniger, und es passt.

Vor allem der Service an der reception und in den Restaurants ist aussergewöhnlich gut und professionell

Tolles Hotel, herrliche Aussicht, perfekter Service, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Bergblick, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich und auch die schön angelegten Außenbereiche , ein Ort zum Spielen und Verweilen.Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche mehr offen. Perfekter Service und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter,schon beim Check in fühlte man sich in guten Händen! Was auch noch lobenswert ist , das man selbst entscheiden kann, wann Handtücher und Zimmerservice gebraucht wird . Das ist aktiver Umweltschutz und der Gast wird auch noch belohnt, tolle Idee ! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem Hotel!

Cons:

Was mich ein wenig gestört hat , war der absolut unzureichende Platz für die E-bikes . Wir ließen unsere Fahrräder auf dem Fahrradträger . Die Garagen sind zu klein und schlecht aufgeteilt. Fahrräder die ganz hinten stehen, kriege ich kaum mehr raus , da die, wo vorne stehen ihr Fahrräder abschließen , also müsste man das Fahrrad heraustragen . Da gibt es in meinen Augen noch Handlungsbedarf, da ein Hotel in dieser Größe damit rechnen muss, das ein Großteil der Gäste mit ihrem Fahrrad anreisen.
