Our stay at PrideInn Mara Camp & Cottages from 1st June to 4th June was truly amazing and one of the most memorable parts of our trip.

From the moment we landed at Ol Kiombo Airstrip, the experience started beautifully with an evening game drive. When we reached the camp, we were welcomed with a lovely traditional dance, and our room was beautifully decorated, which made us feel very special.

The hospitality throughout the stay was warm, caring, and very personal. Being vegetarian, we were initially a little concerned about food, but the team took excellent care of us. Every meal was delicious and had a wonderful Indian taste.

The highlights of our stay included the hot air balloon safari, breakfast in the jungle with a long-table setup, full-day game drives, lunch in the middle of the jungle, and a beautiful sundowner. The team also arranged a cozy birthday dinner for me, where Millie, Fred, and others brought a cake with dancing and music. It was such a heartfelt and memorable celebration.

A special thanks to Millie Nchoko, Enock, Jeremy Okaka, Edson Mwaboza, Sialo Meikuaya, Edwin Kahindi, Anderson Saitoti, Fred Letoluo, and Alfred, our tour guide. Everyone made us feel comfortable and cared for.

Overall, everything was warm, comforting, well-organized, and full of beautiful memories. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Masai Mara.

The facilities were clean and comfortable but the staff really made all the difference. Very kind, helpful at all times. It was raining heavily but the staff attended to our requests at all times.

Rooms are excellent!

Instalaciones muy nuevas y cómodas. Tiendas muy bien decoradas. Localización muy buena. No hace falta entrar por la Talek Gate, puedes llegar desde la otra puerta que queda más cerca de Nairobi, y se queda el coche al otro lado del río, dentro del parque.

The property is in an excellent location and the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. I would like to mention Millie, Sialo, Jeanette and Edson for the great service.

The staff were extremely attentive. So authentic and caring. Dominic constantly checked on us. Virginia at the spa was amazing!!

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal, la comida estaba muy buena, los días de Safari nos tenían el almuerzo listo desde la mañana y nos lo empacaron para llevar, el personal todo el tiempo estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitáramos, las habitaciones son muy amplias y estaban muy limpias.

The courtesy of the staff. We booked 4 rooms and arrived past 11pm. The staff managed to keep dinner for me and my guests, who were visiting Kenya for the first time attending the UN global climate summit and had travelled to Mara straight from a day full of meetings and long flights. We were offered an upgrade to amazing spacious new tents which were very comfortable, and a complimentary late check out to refresh after our game drive. The staff and service at all stations from the day of check-in to our check-out date and time were exceptionally great. Silolei and Joseph from the front office stood out in terms of exceptional service. The food was great and ambience was serene. Richard, our Maasai tour Driver was extremely knowledgeable and made our tour drive exceptionally special. We managed to see all the big 4 except for the Rhino and even saw a lion and leopard kill during our drive. A special thanks to the Group Managing director, Mr. Hasnain Noorani and Group sales manager Mr. Patrick Wambugu, who made our booking process exceptionally smooth and were generous enough to accommodated all our special requests. They made this stay at the Prideinn memorable and outstanding. You all sold Kenya positively to the Globe. We were blown away and will definitely be visiting again!!

Situation in the park (Talek river), lodge under trees & shade, spacious and confortable rooms, fantastic staff very welcoming and good food.

The location is amazing with both entry points through Masai mara and to the village
Guest room has a unique shower like water flowing out of a rock , it was amazing .
Guides welfare is respected, good guides rooms and showers
