На жаль, єдиний мінус це були брудні чашки і не працював кондиціонер, та не відкривалось вікно(

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to the metro, shopping centers, and cafes. The room is excellent, with a microwave and refrigerator. That's the positive.

Cons:

The negative is that the elevator in the building doesn't work, as it's a mini-hotel and only on the 4th floor, making it very difficult to get up with heavy luggage or a suitcase. The building itself is dirty and smells unpleasant. The staff is distant, unfriendly, and unhelpful. On the night of the massive shelling of Kyiv, the staff did nothing to ensure guests' safety. There's no information, no bomb shelter, no generator, and the power goes out for indefinite periods. I get cleaning and bed linens changed every three days, but they didn't change mine. When I asked "Why?", they didn't answer. Overall, the service is very poor.

Pros:

Охайний , затишний номер, зручне розташування готелю- у самому центрі міста. Дуже привітний персонал. Залишились дуже задоволеними. Рекомендую.

комфортне житло з усім необхідним. затишна і простора кімната. жінки на рецепції дуже приємні.
Pros:

загалом враження позитивне, зупинилась би ще раз тут. єдине побажання : хотілось би, щоб було не лише вернє світло у кімнаті, а й якийсь світильник. тоді проводити час ввечері було б затишніше.

Отель соответствует ожиданиям цена/ качество. Если у вас ограниченный бюджет - это очень даже неплохой вариант. Здес
Pros:

Очень хорошее месторасположение, хорошая цена, чистое постельное белье и оооочень отзывчивые администраторы! Пани Ирина душа этого отеля - всегда подскажет, во всем поможет. Очень приятная коммуникация и это на 200% скрашивает пребывание в этом месте

Cons:

Отель требует косметического ремонта - в душе черные углы, потолок весь в разводах, дверные косяки сбитые, видно что очень давно не делали ремонт. Ну и отель находится на 4м этаже и лифт не работает. Это нужно учитывать если у вас очень тяжелые чемоданы

Чудове місце розташування. Зручне ліжко. Чисті рушники. Гарне співвідношення ціна - якість.

Cons:

Один стакан і одна чашка у номері на дві людини. Було прохолодно - обігрівач з відламаними ручками регулювання температури /потужності увімкнули не ризикнули.
