Ótima opção pela localização, conforto e custo benefício.
Pros:

Apartamento muito confortável, chuveiro e banheiro bom, sala ampla integrada com cozinha acoplada com forno, geladeira e fogão.
Muito porto do Palácio Real, ótimo estacionamento com vagas dentro do prédio.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The location is perfect. The view is beautiful! It has free parking (even though it's bit tight).

Cons:

Hard to believe that the furniture is so bad quality. One of the bar chair suddenly collapsed while I was sitting on it (I am not heavy). I fell on the floor but luck didn't hurt myself too bad. When I checked the broken legs of the chair, I could tell they were broken before and badly repaired. Be careful!

Temizlik ve konum. Güzel bir park manzarası vardı, geceleri biraz ses gelebiliyor ancak tolere edilebilir. Genel olarak güzel bir konaklamaydı.

Cons:

Banyoda sıvı sabun olmasını tercih ederdik, 4 kişi için 2 adet küçük kalıp sabun yetersizdi. Yine evdeki temizlik malzemeleri çok kısıtlıydı. Banyodaki saç kurutma makinelerinden biri neredeyse çalışmıyor gibiydi. Giriş işlemleri biraz yavaştı ancak personel cana yakındı.

Actually it is not hotel, only aparthotel, only rooms. No breakfast available, no bar. Very basic reception service. Not working safe , dirty shower. A bit of disappointment

Perfect apartment in Madrid
Pros:

The apartment was excellent. We had taken the 1 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, apt 15. The place was clean, big with friendly and very helpful staff.

The location of the place is perfect. It's right opposite from temple Debod, 10 mins walking from the royal palace, Plaza España, Gran Vie and other major spots.

They have a 24/7 reception which comes very handy for making taxi and other bookings.

I will recommend to all.
