Perfect location
Pros:

Lovely room with very cumfy bed. The room was a little small but ok for a few days. Had a bottle of complementary wine as it was our anniversary which was a lovely surprise.
Perfect location and quiet as the street is pedestrianised.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great, not much hot food options.

Pros:

Hotel de tamaño muy familiar. Ideal ubicación, tanto para acceder en coche como para visitar peatonalmente la ciudad desde sus instalaciones. Habitación cómoda y limpia, con todas las comodidades esperables, incluyendo pequeño refrigerador y detalles de cortesía. Atención exquisita por parte del personal en todo momento brindando toda clase de información y facilidades.

Amazing boutique hotel with fabulous attention to detail in the heart of Lisbon.
Pros:

The location was fabulous, service check in by your team, very good. The room was exceptional, well sized and attention to detail was first class, will definitely be returning next year. Great wine selection and lovely to have a drink out in the street. I didn't eat at the restaurant but only because I had prior commitments. I had a room facing the secret courtyard, very quiet.

Cons:

Nothing really - Would have been good to be shown my room with my luggage on check in - but seriously, this is only a minor issue so wasn't worried.

le séjour etait bien , l'ombre c'était Danielle
Pros:

Dejeuner bien, mais le matin 7h30 trop tard quand tu va en excurtion a 8 heure du matin , je suis arrivé 9 minuttes avant l'ouverture du dejeuner a 7h21 le montage du dejeuné etait presque fini on leur a dit qu'on avait seulement 15 minutte pour dejeuner
mais Daniella ou Danielle ne voulais pas , elle semblais pas comprendre et le séjour des clients l'importe peux c'est pas une personne qui devrais etre a la réception

Cons:

J’ai eu seulement deux petits savons les 4 jours de notre séjour, les savonniers de la douche non jamais été remplis durant notre séjour
Les suites l'air climatisé fonctionnait pas, le téléphone pour appeler la réception ne fonctionnait pas non plus
3 personnes était très biens a la réception, 2 deux personne ont vraiment besoin d'une grande amélioration

Pros:

Freundliches, liebenswertes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist super, es ist vieles schnell und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leckeres Frühstück!

Pros:

Неплохой отель с удобным расположением. Персонал внимательный. На улице свой ресторанчик. Место атмосферное. Колорит старого Лиссабона везде ощущается. Рекомендую. Спасибо.

Cons:

Балкон как таковой отсутствовал, но на первом этаже есть вход во внутренний небольшой дворик. Холодильник маловат для хранения продуктов.
