Habitacion pequeña sin ventilacion mucho calor colchon muy incomodo con muchos relieves sentia claustrofobia

Ni la bienvenida la chica fue muy tajante cuando le pregunté sí había alguna posibilidad de ingresar antes a la habitación no me importaba pagar algo adicional, me dieron una habitación qué ni era la de la foto. Por qué ponen esa foto si no es, eso es publicidad engañosa tuve que bajar por la contraseña del wifi y tuve que bajar otra vez por qué no me dieron controles de la TV ni me comentaron que había refrigerio de desayuno incluido. Las toallas están súper viejas y manchadas de sangre. Nunca me volvería a hospedar con ustedes.

Tenía buena vista desde el tercer piso
Excelente ubicacion como a 3 cuadras del zocalo y la Catedral. El personal bien, nos alojamos en la habitacion No. 6 con cama King size y con AC que fué lo bueno y nos percatamos al dia siguiente al amanecer que el sol nos pegaba en el rostro por el tragaluz que pusieron en el techo exactamente en medio de la habitacion, se le dijo a la encargada que lo taparan y asunto arreglado. La sabanas y las fundas de las almuhadas nos tocó un día que venian un poco manchadas(muy mínimo). Ya necesitan poner nuevas sabanas y fundas o por lo menos que ya saquen las manchadas porq dan un mal aspecto. En general les pongo un 4 ☆☆☆☆
La ubicación y todo limpio, toallas de muy buena calidad.
Que en el baño de l habitación no hay lugar donde poner el jabón y shampoo en el apartado de la regadera y no hay elevador.
El estilo del lugar es muy bonito, cada habitación es única en su decoración. La terraza es un extra para poder descansar, las salas en cada piso son muy prácticas y cómodas para darse un descanso. Creo que las fotos que tienen en Booking no les hace justicia, es más bonito el lugar en vivo y directo.
En la noche se genera mucho eco por la estructura del lugar, nos tocaron unos huéspedes que salieron como a las 4 o 5am super escandalosos, gritaban y el ruido de las llantas de sus maletas, fue muy molesto, creo que sería conveniente poner letreros de guardar silencio en horario nocturno, cuando aún duermen otros huéspedes.
