Wir haben uns für das Chentu Lunas entschieden, weil wir ein Hotel gesucht haben, das sowohl strandnah als auch gut an die Stadt angebunden ist – und genau das haben wir hier gefunden.

Bereits vor unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich per WhatsApp kontaktiert. Es wurde nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt und sogar angeboten, früher einzuchecken, da bekannt war, dass wir bereits am Vormittag ankommen würden. Das war ein toller erster Eindruck.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Herzlichkeit gegenüber unseren beiden kleinen Hunden. Bereits vor der Buchung hatten wir nach möglichen Zusatzkosten gefragt und die Antwort war sofort: „Ihre Hunde sind herzlich willkommen.“ Genau so wurden wir dann auch empfangen.

Unser Zimmer war einfach, aber sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt: Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Safe und ein schöner Balkon. Der Strand ist in weniger als einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der Umgebung ausreichend.

Was dieses Hotel jedoch wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber. So viel Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft erlebt man selten. Über WhatsApp haben wir zahlreiche Empfehlungen erhalten – Hundestrände, Restaurants und Orte, an denen unsere Hunde problemlos ins Wasser konnten. Jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet.

Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie irgendein Hotelgast, sondern wie ein willkommenes Familienmitglied. Jeden Tag wurden wir freundlich begrüßt, gefragt, wie unser Tag war, wo wir gewesen sind und ob wir etwas Schönes erlebt haben. Es entstanden immer wieder nette Gespräche und man hatte das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein.

Wer eine saubere Unterkunft in perfekter Strandlage sucht und Wert auf herzliche Gastgeber legt, ist hier genau richtig. Ein liebevoll geführtes Familienhotel, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Гаряча яєчня із під ножа Джонні, це просто незабутньо.
Дякую велике, що навіть як ми прилетіли о 9:30 нас любʼязно зустріли і заселили, так само в останній день коли наш виліт був о 9 ранку і з помешкання треба було виїхати о 7, Джонні о 6:30 накрив нам сніданок. Це було неперевершено…
ранок, гарячі круасани і кава. Дякую вам за все.
Це не просто господарі та готель, це місце де є душа. Я так хотіла лимони 🍋, що навіть таке моє бажання виконали і вони мене чекали під кімнатою. Навіть не мріяла про таке.
Дякую за допомогу з трансфером. Алесандро дуже галантний і пунктуальний, забрав нас з аеропорту і відвіз назад. Це дуже нас виручило, так як ми не арендували авто.
Краєвиди з житла просто фантастичні, а найголовніше, що було дуже тихо і можна насолоджуватися звуками моря і чайок.
Вікно у ванній- це окрема казка. Як же у вас гарно, що бракує слів все описати.
У вас, ми мали все, а навіть і більше.

Top locatie.. zeer gastvrij en klantgericht zeldzaam .. eerlijke en lieve mensen helpen je met alles qua excursie of auto huur ect ontbijt was top warme croissantjes noten broodje eitje gebakken als je wilt is een aanrader en waar voor je geld..

Pros:

Amazing hosts that are incredibly helpful and service oriented. Good breakfast, nice and spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. Location right by the beach and restaurants is 10/10. We can highly recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything was great. The seaweed on the beach was a bit annoying but probably due to us being there off season in april.

Pros:

Z hotelu na przepiękną plażę tylko minut spacerkiem. Plaża piaszczysta, bezpieczna dla dzieci. Woda krystalicznie czysta. Ale najważniejsi są właściciele hotelu! Menadżerowie hotelowych molochów mogliby się od nich uczyć! Serdeczność na każdym kroku. Uśmiech. Żadnych problemów. Naprawdę jesteśmy pod niesamowitym wrażeniem! Dziękujemy! :)

Good stay with some potential improvements
Pros:

Located in the beach is nice to easy to get into the water. There are buses nearby to get into the city, convenient. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The long beach is the best part of our trip, we really enjoy the relax atmosphere.

Cons:

The breakfast was not what we used to. You need to tell what you want to the host to make for you. It’s a bit hard to know what can be requested, lack of imagination of the possibility. But once we got what we asked for, then it’s very fresh and delicious. So you need to prepare to know what you want to eat and inform before hand.

There could be more beach chairs when other guests want to use them too.

Location is at one end of the long beach, so if you want to explore more spots on the beach, you need to walk quite long, not easy when it’s too hot.

The buses around the area to go to the city is often very full, and with big time distances between each bus. Once we had to wait for over 1 hour to get into one bus.
