Fun, comfortable but limited
Pros:

Great modern design, superb for drinks on the roof with 180 degree or more views of Manhattan and Brooklyn

Cons:

The rooms are small, cozy and ingeniously designed. But because the very comfortable bed is right against the window, it is necessary to climb over your bedmate to get out.

Nice stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to many subway lines and walking distance to shops and dining. The room was great for one person, very comfortable and great views.

Cons:

I think it would be a bit tiny and uncomfortable for two people, specially getting into and out of bed. Lots of homeless people outside of the hotel at all times. It does not feel unsafe but something to consider.

it's NYC, so paying an arm and a leg is given. but the budget buys exactly what you would want - sumptuous bed, exquisitely functional room and very satisfying facilities (common room and rooftop bar). Whether it's NYC or any city I'll visit, all things being equal I'll go for citizen M

Hotel mit sehr guter Lage für Aktivitäten im unteren Teil Manhattans.
Pros:

Die Lage in dem Stadtteil ist für Touristen sehr gut. U-Bahn direkt um die Ecke. Vieles zu Fuss erreichbar und Nachtleben in der Nähe vom Hotel. Zimmer und Rooftop-Bar mit grandiosem Ausblick.

Cons:

Zimmer sind etwas eng, aber ok.

Très bon séjour dans un établissement très design
Pros:

L hotel est très bien situé, la chambre est propre, confortable mais un peu petite. Nous étions au 19 ème étage ( le plus haut) et la vie était superbe. Le rooftop est vraiment un plus.

Cons:

Manque de variété pour le petit déjeuner. Nous aurions aimé plus de choix.

Rooftop bar and lower level lounge were nice,sheets were clean.

Cons:

The small room I got was an accessible room (without ever asking for one), with a bad bathroom setup, and a tiny (and cracked) sink. The shower drain was rusty, the sofa was stained and worn out, and there was no place to hang the shower towel.
On top of that, I nearly begged the staff member for another complementary hour to check out (which was clearly available for my room) but it was initially offered only for an outrageous fee.
One of the worst value for money I ever had. Totally not worth a $370 rate per night
