Pros:

Incredible location, seamless check-in/check out experience, was able to securely store my luggage onsite when I arrived early for check-in. Comfortable beds and quiet for NYC! I felt very comfortable here!

Pros:

Amazing design of the lobby & rooms. The rooms are snug but the space is used efficiently. We liked the ability to control the lighting color. The bed was super comfy. Fantastic location...so close to subway & great restaurants & bars.

Cons:

Check in was a little rushed. We did not know about the free water & snack area until our last evening. Would be nice if the rooftop bar was open a little later.

Heerlijk!
Pros:

Locatie is heel fijn, dichtbij een aantal metro stations. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is netjes en comfortabel, enige verbeterpunt zou de ruimte voor spullen/kleding zijn deze kwamen wij wat tekort met 2 grote koffers.

Cons:

Bergingsruimte voor koffers en kleding is minimaal. Verder alles super en netjes.

Bardzo dobry hotel
Pros:

łatwy proces zameldowania, super widok z okna. na górze bar z bardzo przyjemnym widokiem na miasto Dobra lokalizacja. Super duże i wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Nie bardzo jest gdzie postawić drugą walizkę - jedna mieści się w szufladzie pod łóżkiem, ale jeśli ktoś ma drugą to ciągle musi ją przesuwać. Nie ma też zbyt wiele miejsca na rozpakowanie się, ale to akurat widać na zdjęciach.

Easy, in a fun area, and a great sized clean bed for the value
Pros:

bed comfort, ease of check in, rooftop lounge access

Cons:

Our shade was broken. Someone from maintenance temporarily fixed it, but then it immediately broke again. I know this isn't exactly anyone's fault, but it meant we didn't have a view - which is the best feature of the hotel.

Heerlijk hotel voor een stedentrip in New York.
Pros:

Schoon hotel op een gezellige locatie in New York. Uitgebreid ontbijt met vers fruit, broodjes, zalm en ei. Heerlijk bed.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen flesje water bij aankomst op de kamer stond. Ook geen glazen op de kamer en geen koffie of thee machine.

Great value, comfortable stay in an excellent location
Pros:

Amazing location, high rooms had a great view of financial district, excellent roof bar with gorgeous views. Huge comfy bed. Easy self check in/check out. Daily cleaning. Decent coffee bar that opens at 7am. Surprisingly ok storage for such a small room with hanging space. Very easy to get to JFK on the J line from Bowery.

Cons:

Rooms are small but we knew that, worth it for the location and quality of amenities.

Pros:

Great location, good room with all that's needed. Very very friendly staff. Fresh veggies for breakfast could be nice :)

Cons:

After room cleaning they forgot to bring new towels. Had to wait about 1.5hrs to get new ones, which kept me in the hotel and was late to my meetings.
