What I needed, no frills.

Okay for a night or maybe two.
Pros:

It was a place to stay, and had beds. That's about it for the good.

Cons:

We had dirty towels and rags in our room upon entry. One rag was still damp from the pervious occupant. They never came to render house keeping services during the entire week we stayed. After asking, we were told "house keeping services are performed every other day", which would have been fine, but our sheets were never changed, had questionable stains on the comforter, cigarette burn holes in some of the sheets, no iron, and the TV had a bad white spot and ripple in the screen on the right side.

The location, is in the run down outskirts of DC. It's not overly bad, and I never felt unsafe, but I am used to this type of environment. There was a "lady of the night" or two in the parking lot from time to time which was entertaining to watch.
