People, high quality of everything
Loved the location, large room, breakfast, cleanliness and courteous staff. Which we had time for the spa but had made plans for the evening hours when the spa open.
The property looked brand new even though I know it’s now been several years since they opened. Absolutely immaculate public spaces, and my room was exceptionally clean as well.
Maybe add bathrobes along with the slippers? In a four star hotel that seems to be somewhat standard.

O Hotel the moon é muito bem decorado, em estilo retrô, mas muito charmoso e aconchegante. Limpo e confortável. Fica próximo à estação de trem e a 20 min a pé do centro de Florença. Equipe extremamente cordial e café da manhã sensacional. Excelente opção de hotel.

Aucune information sur le mode d’emploi du sauna, dès lors je ne m’en suis pas servi du tout alors que le prix de la chambre était fixé en fonction de ses équipements.
