La ubicación.... Si lo que quieres es estar en pleno centro y disfrutar tanto de la ciudad como de la noche está bien... Si pretendes descansar no...al igual que si vas en vehículo propio tampoco ya que te toca aparcar el coche en un parking y no está cerca

Wasn’t an issue for me but there are a lot of stairs to access rooms and no hanging space in single room but fine for a short stay with small bag.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Right in the centre of town.
I booked the room for the jacuzzi bath initially… but was disappointed when it didn’t work. I emailed to say how disappointed I was and was given a free nights stay and with a jacuzzi bath that worked perfectly

Nice room and located downstairs under the Siberia Bar. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were great. Good value for Central location.
Being under the bar was an issue. There is an alleyway outside the window where customers of the bar stand chatting (loudly) and smoking which drifts into the room even with the windows closed. No parking available due to work being carried out.

Online it said there was parking however got there and there was none.
The welcome was warm and friendly, with clear instructions given and offer of support if needed.
The room was clean and tidy, and very comfortable.
Due to the location being in the city centre on a Saturday night we expected there to be a lot of noise late at night, but the room was well tucked away and we had a peaceful night.
No kettle in the room, but there was a great wee station in the lobby just outside the room giving access to tea, coffee cereals etc.
Excellent service, location and value for money! and would highly recommend!
