Pros:

I love Its location from different bars, clubs and casino. I like its access to the train and bus stations. It value matched the price.

Cons:

Not a daily clean routine. There was some fowl smell in the bathroom after a long time

Not impress with girl worker ! Rude to kids

Bar staff at night ! The staff during the day were lovely . So nice ! At night horrible .. one girl with blonde hair was so rude to me and my child ! They say it’s family friendly so I asked for a mocktail for my child who is 11 ! The girl at the bar said to her a child do you have ID I said no it’s a mocktail she is 11 ! She repeated it 3 times aggressively without saying why so I said there is no alcohol in it ! To which she said I am not stupid I no there is not she needs ID to be in the bar ! I said she is a child and we staying in the hotel .. she then went to get her manager without me asking ! And when he come over I explained what had happened and how rude she was ! I said it’s ok we will leave but I am not happy ! She was waving her hands about shouting who me .. then as I grab the other two kids her and 2 members of staff spoke about us and laughed ! It was shocking. She was very rude and should not be working in the hotel ! She had no people skills and for the price we paid it was shocking behaviour

Pros:

The hotel was very central to the city and close to every amenity that I was needing access to. I found the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean and comfortable; perfect size for a solo occupant also. I found there was not a lot of noise from outside the building; it was quiet and peaceful.

I liked that I had everything I needed in my room too.

Zona molto centrale, in una via piena di pub. Il Siberia stesso è consigliato per bere qualcosa. Camera pulita, parcheggio disponibile da richiedere in anticipo perché ha pochi posti (alla fine della rampa che da sul retro del locale).

Cons:

Molto rumorosa per via dei locali, fino a circa l’una di notte.

Pros:

Good location, comfy bed. The bar manager was lovely and really helpful when I went downstairs to ask a question.

Cons:

The aircon units in the rooms didn't work, and only some of the windows opened. The bathroom sink was very blocked. The shower gel/shampoo seemed to have been watered down a lot, to the point of being very ineffective.

Location. The community room with tea and coffee

Cons:

Nothing about the property. If walking from bus or train station don't follow Google maps if you have heavy luggage. It takes you via steps. Instead take Market street up to Union Street and turn left. Carry on to Bempton Street which is on the right side.

La ubicación es muy buena, justo en el centro de la zona de ambiente, nada mas salir a la calle tienes todos los bares, rest, y pubs, a nosotros nos gusto mucho, la habitación bien, limpia comoda y no se oía los ruidos de fuera, a pesar de tener todos los pubs con música alta, no se oía nada.
