We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We especially want to thank Mr. Hà for his kindness and exceptional service. After we had already left, we realized we had forgotten our earphones in the room, and he kindly helped arrange to send them back to us free of charge. We truly appreciated his honesty, generosity, and willingness to help. Thank you again to Mr. Hà and the whole team for making our stay even better!
This was an absolutely perfect hotel in Hoi An. The staff is so kind and welcoming, offering local recommendations, able to help with anything you need, and always kind. They really make you feel so welcome. The room is spacious and clean. The location is perfect, right in the center and walking distance from anywhere we wanted to go. And the value is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hoi An.

All staffs (Ms. Bo) at counter reception are very helpful, polite and always smile at customers. Hotel location near the Hoian city center.
Can rent bicycle fpr city hopping. Got laundry services.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. They arranged a good price taxi for us from Da Nang, and then onto our next destination, cheaper than Grab. We were also able to hire a scooter from the accommodation to get around. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom.
We had a problem with our air conditioning dripping water on the floor and had to put a towel under it our first night, however they got someone in the next day to fix it which we appreciated.
