Great property, amazing staff and spotlessly clean
Pros:

Great location, close to the ancient town but in a nice and quiet location. The place was immaculate, comfy beds and the owners of the property were so kind and friendly! Great shower! We loved our stay so much here that we extended.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect.

היה לי מושלם במלון ואני ממליצה עליו בחום! תמורה מעולה למחיר.
כל הצוות היו פשוט מקסימים ועזרו לי בכל שאלה ובכל בקשה שהייתה לי. השירות היה חם וממש מכל הלב.
החדר היה נקי, ניקו אותו מדי יום והחליפו מגבות בכל יום. המזגן עבד מצוין.
אין במלון מעלית, אבל הבחור הקבלה סחב לי את המזוודה לחדר, כך שזה ממש לא היווה בעיה.
המיקום פשוט מעולה — בערך 5–10 דקות הליכה מכל המסעדות, החנויות והעיר העתיקה, אבל המלון נמצא באזור השקט יותר.
Thank you so much to Mr. Ha and the whole team for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable. I would happily stay here again!

Mấy anh chị nhân viên nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng, hỗ trợ mình hết cỡ luôn. Nếu đến hội an mình sẽ nghỉ ngơi tại đây nữa

Cons:

Mình ở 1ngày nên cũng ko bất tiện gì lắm. Nếu ks có thêm ấm siêu tốc thì tốt. Tối đói bụng khuya sợ làm phiền ac nên ko dám kêu

Comfortable Stay with Warm Hospitality
Pros:

We had a very nice stay at this family-run hotel. The owners were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.
Although it is a basic hotel, the rooms were comfortable and adequate for our needs.
The location is convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk from the Old Town. It's a pleasant walk, and many of the nearby tourist attractions are easily accessible on foot. There is also a parking lot directly across from the hotel, which is a big plus if you're travelling by car.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money.

Two nights in Hoi An
Pros:

It's right on the edge of the old town, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

No elevator. I was in room 303 so having to climb six sets of stairs was a bind but nothing I couldn't handle.
