Gute Lage und freundliches Personal, aber sehr störendes Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und sehr praktisch. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück sowie die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant. Sie waren äußerst freundlich, respektvoll und aufmerksam. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren stets freundlich, lächelten immer und waren sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit im Umgang. Dafür möchte ich mich ausdrücklich bedanken.

Cons:

Leider hatte ich mit meinem Zimmer ein großes Problem. Mein Zimmer lag direkt an einem Außenbereich des Hotels, der als Sitz- und Raucherbereich genutzt wird und bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Dadurch gelangte jedes Mal Zigarettenrauch in mein Zimmer, sobald sich Gäste dort aufhielten.

Auch die Gespräche und das Lachen der Gäste waren in meinem Zimmer deutlich zu hören. Das war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts von drei Tagen sehr störend und hat es mir leider unmöglich gemacht, mich richtig zu entspannen und zu erholen.

Ich finde es sehr schade, denn das Hotel und insbesondere das Personal haben bei mir ansonsten einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Problem lag eindeutig an der Lage meines Zimmers direkt neben diesem Außen- und Raucherbereich.

Für zukünftige Gäste würde ich empfehlen, bei der Buchung darauf zu achten, dass das Zimmer nicht direkt an diesem Außenbereich liegt. Für das Hotel wäre es meiner Meinung nach sinnvoll, Gäste über diese Besonderheit zu informieren oder nach Möglichkeit ruhigere Zimmer anzubieten.

Insgesamt: sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück, aber mein Zimmer neben dem Außen- und Raucherbereich hat meinen dreitägigen Aufenthalt leider deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Cons:

Gibt's keine Klimaanlage, und Lärm von draußen, also die Fenster sind sind nicht dicht hört man alles. Ansonsten alles okay.

Pros:

Prima hotel, schone kamers, fijn bed. Goed ontbijt. Personeel is supervriendelijk. Parkeergarage zit naast het hotel, parkeren op level 3, dan loop je zo naar de receptie van het hotel

Cons:

Er was op onze kamer geen airco, raam opengezet.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücks Buffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Vom Parkdeck aus kann man entspannt ins Hotel gehen und man ist einen Katzensprung vom Zentrum entfernt.
Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr laut. Irgendwelche Pfosten fuhren die halbe Nacht Autorennen. An Schlaf nicht zu denken. Keine Klimaanlage. Fenster kein Schallschutz.
