Espaçoso
Apenas com estações de autocarro perto. E metro da mais liberdade de movimento.
Our stay at MIMARU Kyoto Nijo Castle was absolutely wonderful. Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the location, and the staff were always kind, friendly, and welcoming.
The location was perfect, and we found it to be an especially comfortable and convenient place for a family to stay in Kyoto. The facilities were excellent and made our stay very enjoyable.
We gave a 9 out of 10 for cleanliness—not because the property wasn’t clean, but because there was not much regular cleaning on days other than the ones we specifically requested. Since our children have allergies, this was a little challenging for us. However, whenever we requested cleaning, the staff were very helpful and did an excellent job.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. If we visit Japan again, we would definitely choose to stay with MIMARU again.
Thank you very much to the entire team for your kindness, care, and wonderful hospitality. We truly appreciate it!
Therme was not much regular cleaning.
Proche du chateau nijo castle mais très éloigné du métro ou train donc bus ou uber pour les personnes âgés.
Éloignement du centre
I came here with my family of 5. Coming from US and arriving in a Japan can be a disorienting experience. the staff at Mimaru helped us to feel at home and settle in. They gave us help to get taxis, show us where to go and where to eat. The first day we were there, the layout of the room I had picked was too tight for 5 people. the staff were super accommodating to work with us to get into another room that suited our needs. The rooms are very well decorated, clean and efficient. The washer and dryer worked very well. Which wasn't my experience at other places. I would definitely stay here again with my family.
La gentillesse du personnel. La localisation est très bonne. La chambre est grand et bien équipée.
Kök och tvättmaskin in i rummet.
Det vore bra med frukost.
Our room was very spacious and clean. The beds were also comfortable. We had a laundry machine and kitchenette that were also well functioning.
The location is not very central. Also the hallways are outdoors so there would be bugs around our entryway.
