Nice hotel… pity about the location
Pros:

New hotel 2km from Sarande’s centre. Comfortable bed and nice decor. The crepes at breakfast were delicious!

Cons:

The whole area surrounding the hotel is under construction, including the pavements. There is construction and excavation noise until dark. Next time we will stay near the harbour.

Hotel jsme navštívili na konci května, hostů nebylo moc a parkoviště bylo velké, prostorné a s přímým vstupem do hotelu. Za mě obrovské plus + bylo bez bariérové. Z parkoviště rampa rovnou do výtahu... jinak hotel oproti okolí působil prémiově a nemůžu na něj nic špatného vytknout kromě zvláštního recepčního který se nám 5 min po checkinu vkradl do cimry. Byl ale neškodný takže jsem jeho jednání nebral vážně. Byl z nás vystrašený. Celkově ubytování doporučuji na případné výpady směr Ksamil jelikož se hotel nachází na kraji Sarande a nemusíte se potýkat moc s dopravou... v blízkosti hotelu, max 50m, dvě 'večerky', trafika a mnoho restaurací...Můžete si vybrat nekuřácký nebo kuřácký pokoj, nevím jestli vtom je rozdíl... výhled na moře nečekejte... hotel je za jinými budovami... je to dost omezené, možná v nejvyšším patře... jinak cajk. Snídaně nic moc... ještě nikdy jsem se nesetkal s tak přetaženými gumovými vejci... ale když je člověk zvyklý na českou kuchyni těžko si bude zvykat na nižší standard na balkáně...

Mejorable aunque sin ser un desastre

Me gustó que no estuviera muy abarrotado de gente al no ser temporada alta.

Cons:

No me gustaron las indicaciones para llegar al parking y la inaccesibilidad de l carretera. No me gustó que cortaran el agua por la mañana y no dijeran nada ni diera aviso. No me gustó el desayuno por su baja calidad. No me gustó que el edredón no tuviera funda y tuvieras que echarlo sin nada que lo cubriera.

Pros:

The location and the carpark is really convenient as it's located near restaurants, the beach and lounges. The receptionist was excellent, friendly and professional..

The suite (room 402) had potential but really did need other amenities to make it really comfortable. The view from the suite was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great. The suite we stayed in needed milk to go with the tea bags. The bed was very low and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small.. It was more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel.

Le parking très agréable au pied de l'hotel

Cons:

Manque de place dans la douche ...le pommeau de douche cassé.... lumière de la douche qui clignotait..
Manque de crochets pour mettre ses vêtements qd on prend sa douche .

Muy bueno
Pros:

Hotel nuevo, con habitaciones limpias y completas.
Desayuno adecuado. Tiene parking y la atención en recepción es muy buena. Localizado a unos 2 km del centro, si vas caminando por la rambla son unos 45 minutos. Todo ok.
