Pros:

Hotel foarte plăcut, cu curățenie zilnică în camere și prosoape schimbate în fiecare zi. Personalul este foarte amabil și atent. Ne-am simțit foarte bine. Recomand!

Struttura nuova appena fatto il restyling, i gestori sono due ragazzi veramente talentuosi e gentili che gestiscono hotel e i ristoranti di cui uno in centro in modo professionale.Sono gentili e pronti ad aiutare e dare informazioni! Esperienza super top!

Un po’ difficile collegarsi a internet in camera ma il problema é generale su Saranda in generale.Nella hall, nel ristorante e nel bar il wifi prende benissimo

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage und vor allem sehr freundlichen Personal. Egal ob Restaurant, reception oder hauskeeping. Besonders toll war unserer eigene Dachterrasse mit phantastischen Meerblick

Terasa imensa cu balansoar, cu vedere la.mare si oras, camera curata, saltea si perne foarte confortabile, personal amabil

Canapeaua extensibila pt copii avea ceva stricat, apoi a fost remediata..ora de inchidere pt micul dejun e scrisa diferit in diverse locuri (receptie, camera, pe Booking), si pana la 10, si pana la 10.30 (dar e pana la 10.00) de aceea am.avut discuții cu personalul, care a incercat sa fie dragut. Cafeaua foarte proasta, apa colorata, si nici micul dejun nu este al unui hotel de 4 stele
