Very nice location, very well restored historical building, nice restaurants with excellent food, polite and helpful staff. Beach with good facilities.
Location superb. Pool area magnificent. Great choice at breakfast. Bars and restaurants on site very expensive. No freebies in hotel room. Our room in the historical building was huge.
For the cost I would expect a few more freebies in the room.
We always feel like we are on our honeymoon when we come here. It is our happy place.

Er werd niets gedaan tegen de duiven ondanks het herhalend vragen om onze balkon te vrijwaren van de vele uitwerpselen. Dus vraag geen kamer met balkon want je kan er toch niet zitten
Stayed for a week on a Jet2 holiday package. We opted for a basic room in the new building at the rear of the hotel, which meant we didn’t have a view or balcony, but the room was large, well furnished and had a feel of luxury about it.
The hotel is wonderful. Staff are very friendly and they clearly are focused on delivering a high standard of service (there was one exception but it didn’t spoil our experience).
Food and drinks selection and quality in the hotel restaurants and bars were great, although prices are at the premium end commensurate with a 5* hotel. We thought it a nice touch that we were given a welcome drinks voucher.
The beach area is well organised and never felt crowded. Standard loungers and cabanas were free to use, whilst the loungers directly next to the salt water pool were free provided you committed to spending a minimum amount at the pool bar-restaurant (think it was €9 pp).
We alternated days between the beach area and the spa (which is free to hotel guests apart from treatments). The spa pool is large and a great temperature, whilst there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to lay out. Hotel guests can also freely use the gym and plunge pools, saunas and hot tubs.
Of particular excellence was the included breakfast buffet. It truly was a delight each day with a wide range of hot and cold food, fresh fruit and meats, speciality dishes, items cooked to order and wonderful breads and pastries. They even had free fizz.
A delightful hotel that we would definitely visit again in future.

Very complete place with all the necessary facilities (beach, gym, spa, comfortable room, great breakfast, beauty salon…..) the restaurants for dinner were amazing and the servers are the best
It’s not near any beautiful are nice town. Also, it’s full of kids cause it’s like a very family hotel.
What makes this hotel so luxurious is the space and time you get to just relax and unwind. You sometimes feel that you have the whole place to yourself, as I literally did one day at the spa, even in high season. No queuing at breakfast, no stupid lounger stress at the beach, no waiting for service at the bars and restaurants. If you ever need anything there will be exceptional service on hand, but if you want to be left alone, you will get that too. Every member of staff were excellent but special mention must go to Leo and Janko at the beach who were helpful and friendly without being overbearing. A lovely hotel experience, thank you.
This hotel is simply amazing! The staff is friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Beyond that the grounds are impeccable and gorgeous, the restaurants serve fresh and delicious food- the breakfast is simply the best with so many options!!! The beach and pool have gorgeous views. The little touches it over the top- Stretching and Yoga classes, a full spa for no charge doe steam, saunas, cold showers, cocktail making classes for no additional charge. Could not recommend this place enough. I never want to vacation anywhere else!
