Location
Rooms weren't cleaned daily
Excellent location and helpful staff.
I stayed six nights at Exeter. It was a wonderful experience. The Front Desk team is truly exceptional - a huge shout-out, equally, to team members Justina, Santa, Czarek, Zancis. They were kind, caring, professional, highly skilled, and always so helpful. Justina somehow obtained a ticket for me to a completely sold-out performance of the Icelandic Philharmonic concert.
The daily breakfasts were exceptional - another big shout-out to the breakfast team crew. The selection variety, quality, and presentation was superior to any that I experienced anywhere in Europe.
Another shout-out to the housekeeping team - the rooms and public areas were immaculate and the bed very comfortable.
Finally, Deig bakery located near the lobby area was terrific - their bagels were addictive and the Deig team members were so kind and courteous.
My stay at Exeter was totally pleasurable, thanks to its amazing team members.
I loved this hotel. Certainly one of my top 5 out of scores of hotels I've stayed in. They do everything right: terrific breakfast, great room comfort/size/lighting, loved the location, design/decor vibe is great, paid parking has generously sized spots, jazz band plays in the bar weekly, room comes with more toiletry amenities than I've every seen anywhere, and to top it off the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The only way it could be better is if it was free, or they paid you to stay there.
Loistava sijainti! Erinomainen aamupala ☺️ Laadukkaat sängyt -selkä tykkäsi!!
Very friendly and competent staff. Great location
Rooms very poorly lighted
Zentrum
Nice location, near many good restaurants and cafes.
Walk 2 minutes to ‘Whale tour’ station.
Very kind staff.
No free parking.
My wife and I visited to evaluate the hotel for a future visit. Van graciously showed us a room and answered our questions. We reserved a suite as a result.
Nice location, restaurant was good. Handy lockers for storing luggage.
Parking a bit of a problem, the reception staff could have been more welcoming.
