A fantastic welcome to Reykjavik!
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The lockers provided were a really convenient feature. The attached bagel shop (photo of bagel below), restaurant (with music at night), and bar were also really convenient for days when we needed to grab a bite before a cruise or after a long day. The location was close to everything yet still quiet. Cute greenhouse. Amazing rain shower in bathroom! Would stay again!

Cons:

I noticed nothing that needed improvement.

Elevated, cozy and perfect location.
Pros:

Very convenient, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant, bar and bakery right in the hotel. Loved the sauna facilities. Bed very comfortable.

This is an excellent hotel for visitors to Reykjavik and for those taking a cruise .
Pros:

The first impression I got was very positive. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and well-appointed. The location was excellent, with most tourist spots comfortable walking distance.

Cons:

The room got a bit warm despite the cool weather.

Outstanding location, friendly staff, nice atmospere.
Pros:

Excellent location-- short walk to shops and restaurants, and Bus Stop #4 at the harbor. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, including booking tours and taxis for us. The onsite burger restaurant, bar and bakery were great!

Cons:

Our room was cleaned only twice in our four-night stay. In fairness, it was a very busy time and they may have been short-handed.

We did not stay because the hotel was absolutely below the lowest acceptable standard.
Cons:

We could not stay at the hotel. The room was filthy. Walls dark from filth. The manager admitted they only clean the rooms about twice a month, but I doubt they actually clean them. The bathroom was unusable and we moved away to another hotel before even opening our luggage. Despicable

Pros:

We had family staying at a hotel close to the rainbow road. They couldn’t stand the sulfur smell from the water. We had no such issues. The room was clean and service was great.

Cons:

The bed size was small for American standards but you are in Europe so suck it up.

Like staying in a dark, overheated cave.
Pros:

Location is good and breakfast decent.

Cons:

The rooms are very very dark … had to use my phone flashlight all the time. No shelving in the bathrooms! All our toiletries were on the floor. Our room was very hot and no way to control the temp other than a fan and open the windows but it was raining the whole we were there.
