Important information:

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.
Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.
Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team.
Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.
Our windows don’t open, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and added safety. With air conditioning in every room, you’ll stay comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing outside.
The property does not offer on-site parking. De ligging van het hotel is ideaal, makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Vriendelijk personeel gaf een warm welkom. Ik had gelezen over kussens dus gelijk 2 extra gevraagd was geen enkel probleem zou worden bezorgd werd gelijk gezegd handdoeken zijn aanwezig indien je meer handdoeken nodig hebt of een föhn even vragen komt het inorde. Kamer zelf was ruim zat voor ons 2en, badkamer ook mooi ruim zonder douchewand. We sliepen aan de achterzijde wat erg fijn rustig. Er is was een kluisje aanwezig maar deze werkte niet, werd gelijk een monteur voor geregeld. Al met al fijn hotel zonder veel poespas, op hele korte afstand naar het strand (3-4 min) de tram (9j ligt op dezelfde weg als het hotel en rijd om de 10 min naar en van Den Haag.

Cons:

Gezien er geen koffie of thee op de kamer is zou gratis bekertje drinken bij de receptie hal wel fijn zijn. We misten een kleine prullenbak op de badkamer en het licht daar is erg fel met name in de avond/ nacht.

My experience was extremely disappointing. Before my stay, I accidentally selected more days than I intended for my vacation, which resulted in extra nights I never planned to book. The property clearly understood this was a simple date-selection mistake, yet they showed absolutely no understanding or responsibility.

During my stay, I contacted the property several times, but they did not offer any help or even attempt to understand the situation. Their attitude felt dismissive and unhelpful, which made the entire stay stressful and unpleasant.

Even though I never used those extra nights and the property suffered zero financial loss, they still refused to assist in any way. Instead of treating guests fairly, they chose to profit from an honest mistake.

This experience showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. A place that treats guests this way is not a place I can trust or recommend to anyone.
