Muy buena excepto ruidos por fiestas

Cons:

Tener en cuenta la cuesta al subir el hotel andando, también vigilar cuando hay fiestas tiran cohetes al lado durante toda la noche y aunque tengas tapones es imposible descansar. Si quitas eso la estancia fue muy buena

Attentive and friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable and clean!
Pros:

The facilities were immaculate, comfortable, and clean. The photos don’t do the place justice. I had a gorgeous view and a giant patio. Wish there had been chairs outside but other than that - fantastic. The staff really made the stay. They remembered us and obviously communicated about who is where regarding guests as staff we hadn’t met yet knew our name and room number. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Outside of this, the staff was also very friendly. The food was amazing. I’d come back just to stay here! Thank you for making my mothers trip to Mexico so smooth and inviting! I appreciate the effort from your team.

Tiene una ubicacion envidiable, a no mas de 5 min del mirador, y la misma vista del propio hotel es maravillosa, el personal es muy atento, es un mega plus que cuente con estacionamiento y la habitación realmente cómoda y lujosa.

Great room and deck, but far from the center

The deck was fabulous and huge

Cons:

He's a little far from downtown for our liking. When we have to take a taxi or Uber each way to get down to the main Square since it's quite a ways and it's down a steep hill to the center.
