Best service in Rome
Pros:

Camera meravigliosa, spaziosa con vista su piazza Barberini. Pulizia perfetta, il che e’ difficile da trovare. Tutto il personale e’ stato gentilissimo, abbiamo soggiornato in occasione del nostro matrimonio. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

A few wonderful days in Rome
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna and not far from Vatican City. Boutique hotel with 12 rooms between superior and suites. We were reserved on a superior room, and were very lucky that the manager upgraded us to a suite for the 2 nights. Beautiful room with shower. Breakfast is included and it’s served on a nice terrace on the top floor. Mon is the attendant and his customer service skills are fantastic. He knew what we wanted and as soon as we arrived, he started preparing our favorite coffee. The manager and assistants are very professional and caring. On departure day, we were leaving very early and met the night assistance and also very helpful and professional. This hotel is highly recommended. The only thing that was not liked is that the superior rooms have a very high bathtub that can be a little difficult to get in. Next time, a suite will be reserved.

Cons:

Tutto!! ..camera con odore di fogna . !! Accoglienza e benvenuto non paragonabili al prezzo che paghi

Lovely, easy access to metro, walking distance to populate sites
Pros:

Location and very clean. We hardly ran into other hotel guests.

Cons:

Our room had a shared door with another room so you can hear them, but they were quiet for the most part. The guests that seem to stay here are older, not young children so people seem to be more respectful and aware of the shared doors

Great stay close to the main attractions
Pros:

The room was charming and spacious. We were upgraded to the Vivaldi suite. Loved it! The manager was so sweet. He was so welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful.

A nice stay for the first two days of our trip.
Pros:

The upstairs outdoor terrace was really nice at night to meet with our friends and see the square. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We couldn’t get the room very cool and had trouble with the coffeemaker.

Hôtel charmant et très bien situé
Pros:

Petit hôtel charmant et très bien situé dans le centre historique de Rome. Tout est accessible à pied et il y a plein de restaurants aux alentours. Le métro est en face.
La chambre était très bien isolée malgré l'emplacement sur une place avec du passage.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour :D
