Na zdjęciach wszystko wyglądało pięknie..

Cons:

Basen był bardzo zaniedbany, a byliśmy z córką i to był priorytet. Nie można go było używać. Ogólnie wspólne przestrzenie zaniedbane, były śmieci i nieposprzątane miejsca, a obsługa naszym zdaniem nie miała za wiele pracy. Personel zgodził się na nasz szybszy wyjazd z uwagi na niedogodności, niestety długo trwał proces zwrotu kosztów z uwagi na brak managera obiektu, a właściciel był poza zasięgiem. Uważam, że to świetne miejsce na event (ślub, spotkania służbowe) ale nie na kilkudniowy pobyt z rodziną. Daleko od plaży, a samo Mataro jest mało atrakcyjne. Co również bardzo dziwne obiekt zamykany jest o godzinie 22:00, nie możesz posiedzieć na dole czy przy basenie, wyjście jedynie przez jakieś tylne drzwi na parking. To też było nieprzyjemne.

Esperienza indimenticabile

Un posto davvero speciale, di quelli in cui si percepisce immediatamente una cura fuori dal comune.
Le Mer è una splendida villa nobiliare, finemente arredata e rifinita in ogni dettaglio, immersa nel verde, nella tranquillità e con una vista semplicemente mozzafiato. Ogni ambiente è curato con grande gusto e tutto trasmette eleganza, charme e attenzione.
La nostra camera era bellissima, arredata meravigliosamente, estremamente pulita e curata, con un bagno enorme, luminosissimo e davvero stupendo.
Un altro grande punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: tutti sono stati premurosi, gentili e capaci di farti sentire accolto fin dal primo istante, quasi come a casa. Viaggiavamo con il nostro cane, ancora cucciolo, un po’ pauroso e quindi a tratti agitato, e sono stati davvero meravigliosi con lui. Lo hanno riempito di attenzioni, coccole e premure, facendoci sentire completamente a nostro agio.
Abbiamo anche cenato presso la struttura e abbiamo apprezzato molto la cucina, che completa perfettamente l’esperienza di soggiorno.
Un abbraccio speciale alla dolcissima signora di Madrid che ci ha seguito al check-out l’ultimo giorno: grande amante degli animali e, dettaglio che ci ha fatto sorridere, del film Matrix! Abbiamo chiacchierato tantissimo con lei ed è stato bellissimo ascoltarla mentre ci raccontava la storia, le particolarità e tanti dettagli di questo luogo.
Siamo ripartiti con la sensazione di aver scoperto non semplicemente un albergo, ma un posto con un’anima.
Sarebbe davvero bello poter tornare un giorno… magari per qualche evento o per una bella festa. Chissà! ❤️

Une bonne et belle étape, bien qu’un peu cher pour la prestation.
Pros:

Le cadre est superbe et l’endroit est très calme. Les chambres étaient grandes et bien équipées. Le personnel était chaleureux et nous avons dégusté de bons produits installés dans le parc avec une vue superbe.

Cons:

Le fait que seul le patron parlait un peu français, mais on ne l’a vu que très peu. Les serveuse et hôtesses , très gentilles et chaleureuses , ne parlaient pas un mot d’espagnol ni d’anglais!!!!
Vu cet inconvénient majeur, nous avons trouvé que le prix des chambres étaient trop élevé, du coup.
