Quiet, cozy, clean, comfortable, and safe.
Pros:

It was in a great location, close to walkable shops and restaurants. The rooms were cozy, clean and well insulated so it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the linens and pillows and bed. It was all very cozy.

Cons:

It was just a tad bit dirty, but not terrible.

Do not stay there unless you get an apartment. None of the rooms have windows. Staff is unwilling to help.
Pros:

Was clean. Close to what we were there for. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

No windows in room. Felt like a dungeon. I asked to upgrade and they told me I was too late in the day and couldn’t move us even though the apartments were available. I went to request at 7 am but no one was there. We left before 8 and got back later that afternoon. They said the request had to be in before 11. Hallway light into room was unbearable. Had to use the blanket to hang up over shade to block out the light.

The staff was wonderful, but I can't imagine wanting to stay there again
Pros:

It was clean and attractive. It has everything I needed for the few days that I was there.

Cons:

The bed was terrible. It had to be well over 20 years old there was actually one spot on the left side where you could feel the spring inside the mattress. The only other thing that was a problem was it took about 10 minutes of running the water for it to get hot.
