Great for downtown TJ
Pros:

The location is perfect in TJ, you can walk from the hotel to any excellent restaurant in 15 minutes. You can even walk to the mall and Starbucks in less than 8 mins. It is renovated and I liked the interior.

Cons:

In my room there was a spot on the floor which indicates that the room was not properly cleaned from the previous occupant. Also the hot water in the shower does take a couple of minutes to come on.

location is nice, friendly staff, easy access, we arrived a bit late, but we were well taken care of

Cons:

parking in premisses is open, so not as secure as expected, the 2 rooms we got were dark and a bit dirty, beds quite hard and uncomfortable, not sure if all the rooms have similar beds

Pros:

El tamaño y distribución de la recámaras fue excelente, camas cómodas, el baño con espacio ideal, personal muy amable, café gratis, sin duda lo mejor, café gratis.
Sin duda una muy buena opción para pasar la noche.

Cons:

El único comentario que tengo es que en Google maps la ubicación aparece en la calle de atrás.
