guter Parkplatz, gute Lage, hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen
Pros:

Die Lage des Appartements ist in einer Anlage mit mehreren Wohnungen, deshalb gibt es auch ein Büro, in dem Elisa auf einen mit dem Schlüssel wartet, bzw. den Schlüssel auf die Tür steckt. Die Anlage ist durch ein Einfahrtstor abgesichert, hinter dem man das Auto sicher parken kann. Wir konnten etwas früher einchecken, aber nur bar oder per Direktüberweisung bezahlen. Es gab etwas Obst im Kühlschrank. Ein Coop befindet sich ca. 400 m entfernt. In den Ort benötigt man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles ist behindertengerecht, selbst die Toilette. Es ist alles sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die Küche war nicht sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte selbst an Besteck, dass wir auf Nachfrage aber bekamen. Die Küche machte einen etwas schmuddeligen Eindruck.

Ottimo alloggio per visitare Arezzo
Pros:

la vicinanza al centro città, il parcheggio interno, la pulizia, le dimensioni del monolocale, la buona accoglienza

Cons:

Non abbiamo gradito che ci sia stato assegnato senza il nostro consenso un monolocale con il bagno per disabili che è disagevole per chi non ne necessita

Pros:

Praticamente tutto, posizione staff e pulizia eccezionali....letti comodissimi,e aria condizionata al top con le giornate bollenti di questo periodo.lo consiglierò e spero di tornarci il prossimo anno

Tutto ottimo,ci fosse l opzione colazione sarebbe stato da 10 e lode.... complimenti.....

Un très bon choix
Pros:

un très bel appartement, calme et bien équipé, avec parking privé juste devant. L'accueil par Elisa était très sympathique.
Les équipements (prévus pour une personne à mobilité réduite même si cela ne nous concernait pas) étaient vraiment de bonne qualité.

Cons:

un peu loin du centre historique mais quelques minutes en voiture et des places de parking gratuites près de la cathédrale (parc)

Posizione centrale ottima. Cortesia e pulizia inappuntabili. Edificio moderno e struttura intelligente, privacy e comodità. Appunti (veniali) insonizzazione discreta e colazione essenziale, compensata da un bar - tavola calda convenzionato, veramente comodo di fronte la struttura.
