Conoscere Arezzo in un weekend
Pros:

Abbiamo dormito solo una notte. La titolare persona gentilissima. Ci ha fatto trovare in frigo frutta e acqua fresca. Posizione ottima a circa 800 metri dalla cinta muraria. La stanza ci è stata consegnata prima dell'orario del check in e al check out abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio fino al pomeriggio. Se torniamo ad Arezzo torneremo qui.

Easy access to center of town. Clean and secure apartment and location
Pros:

The room was very clean. Nice thick towels
Parking on site (secure). Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Cons:

Exhaust fan does not work well. Difficult to see if knobs on the stove top were on.

Struttura nuova e pulita, molto gradita la presenza di acqua e frutta fresca in frigorifero. Gentilissimi sia la ragazza alla reception che l'addetto alle pulizie

Nice location !
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area is nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing after sightseeing. Major attractions are just a 15-minute walk away, and there are two supermarkets plus plenty of restaurants nearby. We'll definitely come back again

Cons:

Unlucky to get the 1st floor — there’s no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. It wasn’t a big issue though, and the great location made up for it.

Ottima posizione, ad appena 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, proprietaria molto disponibile, attenta e simpatica, avendo parenti ad Arezzo diventerà il nostro punto di riferimento

Wonderful residence with good location
Pros:

Hosts very friendly and helpful. The reduction voucher from Menchetti (bakery open from 07-23) was very appreciated and heavily used. Location is easily walkable to historic centre. We stayed 3 weeks with our dog and would recommend the residence. Free and save parking

Pros:

Residence davvero bello ma soprattutto pulito...ci siamo trovati benissimo. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro ed è in una zona tranquilla della città. La proprietaria simpaticissima ci ha dato delle dritte su come girare la città e dove poter andare a mangiare.
Ah dimenticavo...di fronte c'è un fantastico bar (Menchetti)che fa di tutto... dalla colazione alla cena...ci tornerò sicuramente

Sorpresa inesperada....
Pros:

Me gustó el emplazamiento, la posibilidad de tener el coche seguro ahí mismo aparcado.
El alojamiento era amplio, pequeña cocina, pero no fue adaptado como yo reservé. Cama cómoda. Limpio.

Cons:

Bueno, hubo un inesperado inconveniente. Mi reserva era para habitación adaptada en planta baja. Al llegar al check in, que tuvimos que estar esperando no había nadie en la oficina, esperamos, llegó la responsable y disculpándose, me comenta que no tiene alojamiento en planta baja, pero sí en la primera planta sin ascensor. Yo soy PMR. Ella pensaba que la movilidad reducida no implicaba silla de ruedas, como es mi caso. Esto se solucionó con ayuda, escalón a escalón....Mucho cuidado con estas cosas.......

Lo pasé muy bien, para una sola noche.
Pros:

Todo muy limpio, cómodo, nuevo. Nos recibieron con frutas y agua fresca. Tener estacionamiento propio.
