Nel cuore di Arezzo, ma fuori dalla ZTL... Perfetto!
Pros:

Struttura nuova, curata, ben posizionata, con ampio parcheggio gratuito.
C'è persino una palestra.
Buona l'aria condizionata.
All'arrivo Ti accoglie un gradito cesto di frutta e due bottigliette d'acqua.
Pulizie giornaliere a pagamento, ma per qualunque necessità, tipo cambio asciugamani o sapone da bagno, lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile: c'è un apposito ufficio/reception a determinati orari e c'è sempre un membro del personale per qualsiasi necessità.
Nessun problema per il check in anticipato (previsto alle 16,00, sono arrivato, previa comunicazione, alle 13,00).

Cons:

Illuminazione un po' scarsa, soprattutto per chi ama leggere di sera a letto o al tavolo da cucina.
Il frigorifero non è provvisto di congelatore.

Trobar l’aparcament va ser molt complicat. Un desastre per fer el chekiing. La persona encarregada desaparaguda en combat. Vam tenir que pagar en efectiu perquè no li funcionava la màquina. Al marchar al matí no hi havia ningú i vam tenir que deixar la clau al pany de la porta.No el recomanem a ningú.

È andata oltre le nostre aspettative, la signora è stata squisita, ha risolto un nostro problema in modo molto professionale. La struttura è molto bella, di recente costruzione dotata di tutto ciò che serve vicina al centro in un punto strategico.

Struttura di recente costruzione, con ampio parcheggio riservato all'interno. A piedi in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Arezzo. Camera accogliente e ben condizionata. Possibilità di colazione a pochi metri in Bar Pasticcieria ultra fornita. Zona Tribunale.

Cleanliness, compact yet comfortable and well equipped. The landlady and her mother were charming and helpful. Very spacious convenient parking. The bar/restaurant right across the plaza. We enjoyed our stay immensely
