Calidez, confort y excelente ubicacion
Pros:

La calidez del personal

Cons:

la computadora de la zona comun, un poco lenta. Sin embargo el personal del counter soluciono mi problema. Solo como medida de mejora colocar una computadora que sea más rapida ara uso de huespedes.

Wybór na ostatnią chwilę okazał się traafny.
Pros:

Wszystko było w porządku, ale po innych doświadczeniach w hotelach w Limie: czyste i nowe ręczniki, pościel, śniadanie podane w eleganckim stylu, zwłaszcza to, że na nim niczego nie wydzielano, a produkty były przyzwoitej jakości.

Cons:

Nie ma takiej rzeczy którą mogłbym wskazać. Może to, tylko to, że 8 piętro w windzie oznaczono jako piętro A, co jest trochę dziwne.

Buenos hoteles, pobremente gestionados.
Pros:

El personal es muy atento y se afana en satisfacer a los huéspedes. El desayuno es excelente. Las instalaciones son modernas y funcionales. La habitación doble es amplia y luminosa.

Cons:

La ubicación de esta unidad y, especialmente, la administración del negocio. La respuesta ante solicitud de cambios forzados por las aerolíneas fue irracional. Irracionalidad que escaló a alturas increibles ante el intento de cambio de ubicación entre hoteles de la misma cadena.

Fine. But don't book a transfer
Pros:

The room was fine, not really any issues with cleanliness. Location is ok, near the coastline but didn't seem like much was going on nearby with restaurants or shops. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Do not order a transfer with this hotel. Our transfer was very late meaning we had to weight the airport for ages late at night. Then he dropped us off at the wrong hotel (this hotel has multiple franchises) halfway across the city. The staff of that hotel and this hotel were not helpful and were dismissive of my complaint even though I paid the transfer driver. Ended up paying for an expensive uber to get to the right hotel. Again staff did not care. I don't understand how a transfer booked by the hotel can take us to the wrong hotel.

Great hotel, we loved everything
Pros:

Breakfast is awesome!! Hotel is very clean. Bed is super comfortable, room is quite big for a hotel room. Location is great, quiet and lots of restraunts nearby. You can explore Miraflores on foot and you can even walk to Barranco (about 90 min of walking, but a lovely walk with the ocean view).
