Attentive staff and good value for money.
Pros:

A very good place to book if you prefer a quiet atmosphere away from the busy streets of Old Town Hoi An. Facilities were enough for the both of us and everything was clean and organised.

The staff was also amazing as they were attentive to our needs. You can also do laundry and rent a bike here. It is also easy to reach out to the staff via WhatsApp and they can also organise airport transfers with a good deal. They have my recommendation!

Cons:

The floor was a bit dusty on some places, but it was not that bad overall.

Hidden Gem
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. We were a group of 6, had 3 deluxe rooms with balconies, all lovely. Perfect location for a short walk into the Old Town.
You need to order breakfast a day ahead, small choice, pho, bread rolls with eggs, banana and yoghurt. All fresh and lovely.
Would definitely recommend this place as a great budget option.

Great location, helpful staff, peaceful ambiance
Pros:

Staying here was a great experience! Linda was super helpful and offered many recommendations for things to do in town. I definitely plan on staying here again when I visit Hoi An in the future!

Bacic stay with everything we needed:)
Pros:

Host is so helpful and nice! Really trying to help with everything we needed:)
We used the laundry service which was super fast and great quality 😁
Bed is very comfortable, shower Always hot and the water pressure is finely normal comparing to other places in vietnam.. get fresh towels every day which is nice.
There is an electric kettle in the room and nice balcony with table and ashtray..

Cons:

Location is a bit far from the river side but only a short walk (10-15 minutes)so not to bad.
Room was humid but its like this all over the erea so nothing to complain about really..

Super clean and very welcoming staff
Pros:

I was only planning to stay here for one night, but honestly, it was so clean and comfy that I decided to stay longer. The lady running the place is amazing, super kind and welcoming. As soon as I arrived, she explained all the activities and even mentioned that booking directly with her could get me a special deal. She’s always looking out for you and really makes you feel at home.

I had a balcony, and the location is perfect. She even gave me restaurant tips, and wow the food was hands down the best I’ve had since arriving in Vietnam! On top of that, she washed my laundry for me, I dropped it off one day, and by the next morning it was all clean and folded.

Being in the center but away from the busy tourist streets is a total bonus too, it’s so nice not to be surrounded by crowds all the time. Honestly, everything about this place is just perfect ☺️
