Very central location, being a short walk to amazing eateries. The accommodation was exactly what was advertised, it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great staff too. Definitely recommend!

Nice room. Clean with good facilities and well appointed. Nicely noise controlled. Central and easy to find eateries and access to restaurants and the stadium.
Heating took a while to get sorted. Difficult to find a park prior to checking in and slightly odd access to back doors ( went to the Wong one a couple of times)
The room is spacious and offers easy access to the city. I also liked the little lotion and shower gel amenities provided, they smell great and were a nice touch. Parking is available within the hotel and is gated, making it convenient and secure.
When we arrived, it wasn’t clear where the hotel parking entrance was, so we had to stop by the roadside while I went to the reception for assistance. The front desk lady staff informed us where the parking was, but required us to pay the parking fee first(give the credit card) before opening the gate. I believe it would be much more convenient to allow guests to park first and complete the check-in later because our car is park at the roadside.
Unfortunately, the front desk service was disappointing. The lady staff (same person) came across as unfriendly and did not respond when we asked questions. During check-out, I greeted her, told her I was checking out, and handed over the key. She simply looked at me without saying anything. After waiting a few seconds, I had to ask, “That’s it?” before she reluctantly replied, “Yes,” without a smile or any courtesy.
Customer service is often the first and last impression guests have of a hotel, so I hope the management reviews this and provides better training to ensure a warmer and more welcoming experience.
One more suggestion: it would be helpful to have clearer signage or a dedicated hotel entrance from the parking area, as it wasn’t obvious which side door guests should use.

Clean, tidy room that had plenty of space. The furnishings were all new and well maintained.
The only downside was that the bar 50 metres up the road was having a big night and the noise kept us awake till about 2am. Would have been great to have some earplugs provided by the hotel sitting next to the bed.
Location! Walking distance to Woolworth in just 5 mins. Convenient driving to city centre about 10 mins. Utensils, cutleries and glasswares are very new and clean. Private parking and secured entry to the apartment building.

Rooms was clean and comfortable. All facilities worked well. Washing machine and dryer was super convenient to have in the unit.
Street parking available for overnight parking from 6pm to 9am. Staff was kind enough to let us use the onsite parking during checkout.
WiFi was lagging at times.
The arrangement for beds and side tables could have been better. Beds and side tables were blocking the electrical sockets. So we had to shift the beds and side tables to access them.
Modern, clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful location and easy access.
