Overall every thing so good, staffs were friendly, in city centre.
Pros:

Room layout was exceptionally good with views of city , large room s for good price.

Cons:

Overall every thing was good but bed was bit dusty, bed room wasn't vaccumed properly, found hair strands of people who stayed before.
And the curtain in TV room was not working. But have to say excellent rooms for that price..

I will definitely be booking here again
Pros:

The property was clean and I was very happy with the location. I was a little hesitant to book at first because of the bad reviews, however my experience turned out to be great.

Toothpaste marks in the bathroom cabinet, shelf in shower is peeling, safe was locked - could not be used, no charching points in bedroom, inadequate lighting - always behind the person so face was shadowed when shaving or applying make-up

Pros:

The location and the comfort

Cons:

One of the keycards didn’t work, it caused some issues when one of us needed to get inside but had a keycard that wouldn’t work. When we asked the staff member she just said it worked and refused to help us.

A weird attitude towards paying guests…
Pros:

High floors and quiet.

Cons:

Attitude of demanding payment 48hours before arriving AND THEN THE ATTITUDE OF DEMANDING MORE MONEY AS A DEPOSIT because other guest have damaged things on the room. ALTHOUGH I PAID THE $150 IMMEDIATELY I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND/ A RETURN OF MY MONEY. Will not stay again.

Great stay in nice apartment in handy location.
Pros:

Great view, good sized room with good amenities.
Comfy bed and pillows.
Great location, so close to teams and Queen Vic markets

Cons:

Room a bit tired and bland. Could do with a couple of prints on the walls to brighten it up a little. Room was very bland with no pictures anywhere. Bedroom blinds had no edge trim and looked very tatty. Could do with a detailed clean (corners, windows etc)
Shame no ice tray in freezer.
Lack of drawers or shelving in wardrobes was inconvenient as we didn’t want to live out of suitcases for a week. Not all clothing can be hung up.

Pros:

The view and the apartment was amazing. Quiet , being on the 68th floor . Easy access to trams and the Vic Market. Good facilities if staying longer. There was a washing machine and good kitchen facilities Fantastic pool

Cons:

The spa outside wasn't working. The jets weren't functioning on our first night, but the water was hot . It wasn't heating up on the last night at all
