בפעם הבאה נלך למלון אחר לתקן את החוויה.
Pros:

הצוות היה מאוד שירותי, נעים ואדיב.
המלון במיקום מצויין ואין בעית חניה ונגישות.

Cons:

השהות שלנו כללה חצי פנסיון. בערב הראשון שהגענו , נאמר לנו שאין מקום במסעדות של המלון לשלושת הימים הקרובים ושאנחנו רשאים לאכול בחדר האוכל המרכזי. האוכל בחדר האוכל המרכזי מתחלף כל ערב לקונספט אחר.
האוכל לא היה לטעמנו וערב אחד אכלנו מחוץ למלון.
זה היה די מאכזב.
בערב האחרון היתה לנו הזמנה למסעדה האסייתית שהיתה טובה מאוד.
אז הבנו כמה פיספסנו ובגדול את הארוחות במסעדות של המלון.
בנוסף כשהגענו החדר הראשון שקיבלנו היה עם ריח של עובש וה״נוף לים מוסתר על ידי דג מצופה בחצץ.
ביקשנו להחליף חדר ורק אחרי שעה ואי שביעות מהטיפול הוחלף לנו חדר שהיה בסדר גמור.
למחרת כשחזרנו אחרי הצהריים למלון , טירטרו אותנו ואמרו שאנחנו צריכים לעזוב את החדר כי יש נזילה לשכנים קומה מתחתינו .
במקום להרגע מסביב לבריכה , שוב מצאנו את עצמנו אורזים ועוברים לחדר אחר.
בקיצור שהינו במלון 4 לילות והחלפנו 3 חדרים.

מלון מדהים. חוויה מושלמת, שירות מדהים. החדרים חדישים ומצוינים. מנקים את החדר פעמיים ביום. לכל אורח יש ספת שיזוף אישית לתקופת השהייה השמורה עבורו, בבוקר מגיע איש צוות פורש מגבות ומעניק צידנית עם 2 בקבוקי מים קרים. האוכל ברמה הגבוהה ביותר כולל שתיה קלה, בירות, קפה ויין ללא הגבלה. 3 בריכות 2 חיצוניות וירידה קלה לחוף הים בסמיכות למלון. המלון בנוי בסמיכות לטיילת מדהימה על קו החוף. מלון למבוגרים בלבד מאפשר אוירה נינוחה ללא רעש. פשוט מושלם.

חופשה חלומית מומלץ בחום

רמת שרות גבוהה ,מענה לכל בקשה, ניקו את החדר פעמיים ביום ,יש אקסטרות כמו ארוחה על הגג ,שיעורי יוגה
נוף מדהים ,ארוחות מגוונות ועשירות

Cons:

בלובי בקבלה לא עדכנו אותנו על האפשרות של ארוחת שף על הגג שגילינו נרשמנו ברשימת המתנה ורק כך התברגנו לשם . תהליך מיותר .. ולא נעים

Had a great time here. Comfortable and quiet place
Pros:

Nice and welcoming staff, clean, very good pools. The pool bar is fantastic idea.

Cons:

The food was OK, but not as we expected. Found nothing we could eat on the Indian night dinner. Missed Hot tube in the list of facilities.
