Location and rooms were great.
Changed the menu the day before we arrived so a lot less choice and tried to tell us there was no kids menu. They did end up making us kids food both days but the old menu would have been preferable to what we got.

Teilweise ist die Heizung nachts nicht angesprungen, wir waren zwar im Sommer da, aber dennoch wäre es hin und wieder ganz gut gewesen, ein wenig Heizung anstellen zu können

Good location and looks nice from the outside and the bed was soft.
The room had an unpleasant smell and we noticed it was dusty and had cobwebs and the mirror in the bathroom had black marks over it. Just looked a bit dirty overall.

Mancanza di ascensore per il nostro piano (2°) mentre era disponibile per il primo piano. Le scale molto strette per salire al secondo rendono molto difficoltoso il trasporto delle valigie. Mancanza di aria condizionata sopperita con molteplici ventilatori e deumidificatori con non grande efficacia. Vedendo le recensioni precedenti mi sarei aspettato di più. Forse la camera che mi hanno dato non era delle migliori

The breakfast was good . Thd location nice
The mattress springs were protruding, i had a terrible night sleep.
I was offered the possibility to upgrade for a better view and larger room while booking , on arrival , when I realised my room was in the far corner of the hotel with a tree blocking all the view, i went to the reception and asked if it was the upgraded room i paid more money for . I was answered “the view is not guaranteed “ ! So , Why offering an upgrade if you can’t have what you paid for?
