Für Spa-Bereich Nutzung zu wenig Raum, fehlerhafte Kommunikation

Die Ruhe und das sehr tolle Frühstück

Schlechte Kommunikation, wurden vergessen (meine Kolleginnen haben Shuttle bestellt und hänachdem sie 20minuten gewartet hatten, im Hotel angerufen. Man entschuldigte sich damit, dass man sie vergessen habe. Ich checkte als erste ein und sagte, dass ich nochmals weg muss und meine Zimmerkollegin etwa 1stunde später einchecken würde. Mir wurde weder da, noch als ich das Hotel verliess, mitgeteilt, dass es pro Zimmer nur 1Schlüssel gibt. Für meine Kollegin war das dann nicht so toll...da kein Schlüssel für Zimmer. Wir durften vor Ort auf Halbpension aufstocken. Dem Restaurant selber wurde es nicht mitgeteilt. Man gab uns a la carte-Karte. Wir wiesen dann darauf hin und mussten nochmals warten. Nachdem wir gewählt hatten, kam der erste Gang. Zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Gang warteten wir 35 Minuten. Wir bekamen den zweiten Gang erst als ich fragte wo unser essen bleibt. Ein Pärchen am Nebentisch, dass eine halbe Stunde nach uns kam, bekam vor uns den zweiten Gang. Wir hatten Glück dass aufgrund der Schulferien von Basel kein Übervolles Bad war. Denn normalerweise ist am Samstag von 9:30-1500 Schwimmkurse für Kinder. Sauna gibt es einen einzigen Raum der gerade mal 6 Personen platz bietet. Das Dampfbad war so wiederlich dass keiner von uns den nutzte. Wir waren also sehr enttäuscht. Es gab noch mehr total komische Situationen...

Pros:

Die Lage ist super für Wandern, Biken oder einfach nur mal Paarferien zu machen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns den Aufenthalt versüsst.

Perfect voor een overnachting op doorreis
Pros:

Hele mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht, gratis parkeren, ruime kamers en alle faciliteiten inbegrepen (sauna, gym, zwembad). Het ontbijt is precies uitgebreid genoeg en de bediening is erg vriendelijk (ook in het restaurant in de avond).

Cons:

De kamers zijn verouderd (wel schoon) en het gebouw is gehorig (doorspoelen van het toilet in de kamer boven je is bijv. ontzettend gehorig). Kussen bieden geen steun.

Goed verzorgd op verrassend mooie lokatie.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een berg met een prachtig uitzicht. Er is een prettig restaurant. (Binnen en buiten). Fijne bedden in een ruime kamer met balkon. We boekten het hotel op doorreis en sliepen er één nacht. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Van de aanvullende faciliteiten die er worden aangeboden hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken. Een verrassend mooie start van de vakantie.

Albergo situato nelle colline della campagna basilese con una bella vista . Un area verde esterna magnifica per godersi la tranquillità del posto.
Piscina un po datata ,ma molto interessante potersi rilassare nell'acqua calda.
Colazione buona.

Hôtel indispensable dans cette région de collines
Pros:

Tout : chambre spacieuse, calme, accueil, piscine gratuite bien chaude, petit déjeuner varié et copieux.
Très propre. Qu'importe si la tapisserie de la chambre date un peu : on voit que c'était une tapisserie luxueuse et cela rajoute au charme de la chambre!
