Das Engagement des Hotelmitarbeiters, der offensichtlich allein Dienst hatte an dem Vormittag, als wir auschecken wollten. Wir sind zu viert mit 3 Koffern im Fahrstuhl stecken geblieben und er hat sich super schnell um unsere Rettung gekümmert! Bei 35 Gtad Außentemperatur heizte sich die Kabine sehr schnell auf und es wurde ruckzuck ziemlich unangenehm.....Nochmals vielen vielen Dank dafür!

Pulizia assolutamente insufficiente

La ragazza dello Staff Reception molto professionale e gentile

Camera sporca, con pulizia assolutamente insufficiente.
I pavimenti venivano puliti con uno straccio sporco maleodorante che impregnava la stanza. Ho scoperto al secondo giorno, che il secchio del carrellino dell'addetta alle pulizie aveva l'acqua praticamente nera, perché quest'ultima utilizzava la stessa acqua per pulire i pavimenti di tutte le stanze.
La camera inoltre veniva pulita solo se si esponeva il cartello "Please clean the room".
Ho dovuto ripassare il pavimento con delle salviettine umidificate per eliminare lo sporco residuo e la puzza nauseabonda.
Ovviamente le salviettine dopo la pulizia avevano lo stesso colore dell'acqua del secchio delle pulizie: Nere!!!

Bello l'hotel, pessima la posizione.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento con 2 camere da letto.
I letti erano comodi e la pulizia buona.
Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma sembrava in ordine, non c'era il tavolo da pranzo quindi immagino si debba mangiare alle scrivanie in camera.
Il ristorante è buono e la colazione abbondante.

Cons:

Non essendoci il condizionatore abbiamo dovuto dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte e la situazione è stata veramente pessima: la camera affacciava sulla strada e non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio fino alla 1 di notte a causa delle auto e del rumore (si sentiva anche un po' il treno alle spalle dell'hotel).
Non è colpa della struttura ma è stato veramente un punto a sfavore.
Inoltre il balcone era molto fatiscente rispetto agli interni che tutto sommato sono buoni.
