Sue in reception was very friendly and welcoming, which made all the difference to our stay.
Pros:

We booked for bed and breakfast, and we found that breakfast was excellent. Not only the breakfast, but the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast room was also bright and well decorated.

Cons:

We felt the bathroom could do with an upgrade.

Very good breakfast. Staff serving were excellent. All well organised. Reception staff also very helpful. Changed our room without problem so that we could have a bath.

Cons:

I booked a sea view and requested a bath, which was an option when I booked through you. The hotel weren't advised of our request by you. The hotel Rex changed our booking to a better room. So we'll done to them.😁

Pros:

Having been born in Weymouth many years ago and lived there for many years this was my first stay at a hotel obviously. The Rex was a great advert for the resort, others could learn a lot from their management.
