LA POMUL LAUDAT,SA NU TE DUCI!
Pros:

Era unul dintre putinele hoteluri ce se doreste cu pretentii,unde nu am stat in Nisipuri(ma refer la zeci de cazari).
Personal,nu mi-a placut nimic in mod deosebit,chiar am fost dezamagit.

Cons:

Chiar de la inceput,am remarcat lipsa parcarii(parchezi la 100 mai mai sus,in parcarea publica),atmosfera agitata data de spatiul mic din zona lobby bar si foarte multi copii,evident galagie.
Dar nu acest lucru era cel mai deranjant.
Am remarcat foarte repede raceala in priviri si gesturi a personalului,recunosc ca face exceptie echipa de la receptie si tanarul manager.
Camera este clasica,dar este pentru prima data cand nu am gasit un simbol care sa marcheze Pastele,sau macar un mesaj(fac precizarea ca eram cazat in statiune,vezi postarea de la hotel Sofia si am preferat petrecerea Pastelui aici).De remarcat,ca la un hotel de 4 stele cu centru SPA, ai doar 2 sapunuri mici si un recipient cu lichid universal.Remarc lipsa halatului si a papucilor.
Cireasa de pe tort a fost lipsa telecomenzii TV,fiind acuzat de femeia de serviciu ca am ascuns-o in bagaje!
Asa ne trebuie,pana si personalul de serviciu care are salariu de pe urma romanilor isi permite sa eticheteze romanii(nu-mi permite spatiul pentru amanunte)!!!
Piscina interioara este mica si apa rece,dovada ca nu era deloc aglomerat asa cum se intampla in aceasta perioada la alte hoteluri.
Restauranul la fel,nu exceleaza cu absolut nimic in mod deosebit.
Spectacolele cu care eram obisnuit in aceste perioade festive,au lasat de dorit( foarte minimaliste).
In concluzie,pretul este similar cu hotelurile vecine dintr-un cunoscut brand,deci raport sevicii- pret,foarte slab,iar daca vreti sa platiti bani multi si sa fiti dezamagiti,IGNORATI aceasta postare.

Un sejur de vis!
Pros:

Am primit upgrade de camera gratuit. Facilitățile hotelului au fost foarte bune, mancare buna si diversificata, aparate de cafea peste tot si baruri deschise la piscina, plaja si in receptie.
Hotelul ne-a depasit asteptarile.
