Nu vă irosiți banii și timpul aici!

Raportul calitate-preț este unul dintre cele mai proaste pe care le-am întâlnit. Hotelul este prezentat mult peste ceea ce oferă în realitate, iar experiența a fost o dezamăgire aproape din toate punctele de vedere.

* Parcarea nu este inclusă, ci costă 13 €/zi, un cost suplimentar care nu justifică serviciile oferite.
* Mini bar nu există. Primești o singură sticlă de apă o dată la două zile, ceea ce este ridicol pentru un hotel care se dorește a fi de această categorie.
* Plaja nu este în dreptul hotelului, iar dacă nu ajungi foarte devreme dimineața, poți uita de șezlonguri.
* Exact aceeași situație și la piscină: dacă nu ocupi șezlongul de la primele ore, nu mai găsești niciun loc liber.
* Mâncarea este extrem de repetitivă. Aproximativ 95% din preparate sunt aceleași în fiecare zi: legume mexicane, orez, cartofi și două tipuri de carne. Restaurantul principal este un haos permanent, cu cozi interminabile, oameni care se înghesuie pentru că mâncarea se termină rapid, iar personalul este complet depășit de situație. Reaprovizionarea durează foarte mult, iar de multe ori trebuie să aștepți pentru preparate de bază.
* Locurile de joacă pentru copii, atât cel de pe plajă, cât și cel din incinta hotelului, sunt amplasate chiar lângă toalete și miros constant a urină. Inacceptabil pentru un hotel care pretinde că este orientat către familii.
* Supraveghetoarea locului de joacă pare complet dezinteresată de copii. În tot timpul cât am fost acolo a stat pe telefon, fără să interacționeze cu cei mici sau să manifeste cel mai mic interes pentru activitatea ei.

Singurul lucru pe care îl primești fără probleme este un breloc și un magnet de frigider cu numele hotelului. Din păcate, acestea au fost printre puținele lucruri care au lăsat o impresie bună.

Nu recomand acest hotel. Pentru banii ceruți există variante mult mai bune.

Nice hotel, great location!
Pros:

The location was perfect, very close to the beach and all shops and supermarkets! The hotel room was very clean and well maintained. Staff at the reception were extremely kind and helpful, going beyond and above their duties to help, even preparing us late meal, as we arrived after dinner time ended. The room was even bigger than we expected with beautiful views to the sea and a hotel nearby. My family loved staying in hotel Astoria and will definitely want to come again!

Cons:

The dishes in the restaurant were not always very clean, quite often you will take a glass and it will have a signs of lipstick from a previous user. They need to improve on that, obviously their dishwashers are not doing a good job. It was also a bit disappointing that the hotel mentioned that there is Spa, but when we went there on the rainy day, they told us the spa only works in the winter, which was a bit misleading. I would also mention that the beds and pillows were not very comfortable, i.e. being too hard and tough.

При виборі цього готелю на відпочинок оцініть готелі які є поряд.

Недалеко від пляжу.

Not the best stay in Bulgaria
Pros:

The buffet food was very good and the bar staff were nice to make drinks for you. The beach is clean.

Cons:

It feels like a factory of people and you can’t connect with the staff. The front desk was not warm and friendly and just did the job. The lifts are a nightmare to wait around. The entertainment staff were awful. No toiletries in the bathroom you get a combined shampoo and shower gel.

Розташування готелю. Номер прекрасний, їжа різноманітна, свіжа. Дуже приємний персонал. Чистий пляж, дуже зручно що на пляжі є бар і навіть стріт фуд. Здивував спортивний басейн, з дорожками.
