My room was not cleaned a single time during my 2 night stay
Room was so dirty carpet was dirty and old
The noise was outrageous. Both nights there was very loud music coming from the banquet hall until after midnight. You could not sleep

A huge room with wonderful view of the city. Lovely bathroom, bright and clean, everything functioned well. Breakfast was big and with lots of choices, eggs/omelet to order fresh. The pool was big for a hotel, even lane lines for the more advanced swimmer. Sauna was clean and hot. There is a 10-lane bowling alley and a huge room with ten tables for table tennis. I've never seen this in any hotel. Great laundry service and affordable.
I cannot report anything that struck me negatively.
Basically no communication when you check in, they give the room key without any explanation about eg the breakfast or use of the pool.
Rooms are old and urgently need renovation, hot water (shower) does not always work. Pool area very busy and seems more for general public than hotel guests.
Cleaning service not good they i called them from morning and left the hotel when i return i found it dirty and called them 3 times and after that came at 4 pm change towels and left
It was overall very good. Although it was just a bit annoying that absolutely each time I arrived at my room, my key card didn't work, and I needed to return to reception, 15 floors away, essentially every time I came back to the room.
This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip. The best thing about the hotel was its staff - they were (apart from one member of staff) extremely friendly and helpful.
The condition of our room was not at all good. We were moved rooms after a night in a room with a shower that didn't work, rain leaking in on to the carpet and curtains that didn't close (very light in room from early morning). In our second room the carpet was stained, wallpaper coming off wall, smelt musty, furniture tatty and air conditioning didn't work( although this was fixed but it just came on it didn't actually cool the room). It is an old hotel which needs to be updated and rooms redone.
The swimming pool which can be used is part of a complex - not a problem - lovely staff but has lane swimming all time and you have to wear a swimming hat to use the pool.
It’s a huge congress hotel
The hotel is very office like, there is no cozy atmosphere at the hotel
