Cons:

Airconditioning not very comfortable. This does not dehumidify. Leakage at the shower head. The shower door does not seal properly, causing the floor to always be wet. This results in significant rising damp and damage at the bottom of the bathroom door frame. No tissues available. No hair conditioner available. Cabinet doors do not close properly. Very annoying. Pillows of very poor quality. A separate foldable luggage rack would be handy. Too few shaded spots for the sunbeds by the pool

Lovely hotel
Pros:

We loved everything. To mention a few things:

We loved the staff, especially the cleaning staff on our floor and the lovely staff from the restaurant area

I appreciate that the fruit and vegetables had a good taste, not the cheapest versions

The beach was lovely and clean, the pool as well.

We received a travel cot it eas clean and looked new

The garden and surrounding area is well maintained, everything was great.

Cons:

We loved everything. If possible maybe the exterior playground for small children could be improved

Wonderful hotel and staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! First of all, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, both in our communication before arrival and throughout our stay. They even allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled, which we really appreciated. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and provided excellent service.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the direct access to the thermal baths just across the street, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. In the evening, there was great live music that created a lovely atmosphere.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel—especially the exterior and the lobby—is clearly of high quality.
The cleanliness is also excellent, and the food goes above and beyond “very good,” thanks to the chefs who prepare a variety of exceptional dishes.

Cons:

The hotel spa's hours could easily be extended—starting an hour earlier and staying open until at least 9:00 p.m.!

At breakfast, the low-quality juice dispensers don't fit in with the "ambiance." It seems like the strangest choice for a restaurant of this caliber.

В 9.3 ч след закуска не можем да влезем в стаята, картата вече е блокирана наложи се камериерка да ни отвори вратата, същото се случи и на бариерата при напускането.Обратно към рецепцията, няма съжаляваме.....и това се случва при всяко посещение
