Se stayed in the studio and it was perfect for my family. Big enough for us to comfortably enjoy a few days on the island. The apartment was brand new and very well designed. It’s also perfectly situated—near it all but off to the side so not too loud or busy.

The hotel is clean and central, but the experience was overshadowed by the issues with our room and the way our complaint was handled - no understanding by the director, finally agreeing on a refund - and then never giving it. So there is little positive we can say about our stay.
The room we received did not correspond to the 30m2 duplex studio we had booked, and the impression give by the photos on booking.com were completely misleading. The room was tiny for a family, barely any room to move, directly facing the street, people passing immediately outside our windows, no air-conditioning - but even during the heat wave opening the windows was not an option. The reception was frequently unattended, so we repeatedly had to wait for someone to return. Communication was very difficult as English was hardly spoken.
We checked out after just one night of a four-night booking, after agreeing with the hotel on a 50% refund. Despite numerous emails, messages and phone calls we never received it.

If you want to be in the middle of the action in La Flotte centre, the location is ideal. Right on the harbour with the market, restaurants and shops literally on the doorstep. Check in was easy. Breakfast was ok. It’s a no-frills 3-star and that’s kind of what you get! A good base to explore the island.
Our ground floor family room was at the end of a long, dark corridor with one window looking onto an alleyway and one looking onto the market street so impossible to keep windows open safely. The room was dark, compact and stuffy with a horrible stale smell. No air con, so it was very, very hot despite the fans provided. It was noisy, but that’s to be expected for such a central location. It was not a pleasant room to spend time in or return to after a day out. We spent as much time out as possible!

Room was very hot and we had to sleep with window open but portable fan helped relieve some of the heat. Our room looked over a busy street that was quite noisy early each morning.

Petit déjeuner très bas de gamme (produits industriels, compotes marque repères, pancakes en sachets industriels,...). Trop cher pour son prix. Difficultés pour le stationnement aux alentours.
